The store is bright beautiful, clean. Had a large selection on hand. I had a good experience. Brian who helped me order my glasses was a Professional, Very courteous, kind. He also smelled good like Heaven, like really good. I thanked him for the great experience.

I don't like to write negative reviews, but I was shocked at Harvard Eye and Dr. T. I was under their care for 5 years + and on a routine glaucoma suspect exam, instead of talking about that condition, he was pushing a cataracts surgery. I had no problems with my vision, but he made it sound as if it has to be done immediately (this was in August). I consulted another doctor since and was told I am probably years away from needing surgery! new facilities and equipment does not justify pushing patients towards expensive, unnecessary procedures.

The staff was friendly and welcoming. The technician was professional and explained each step of the screening process. Dr. Romero was wonderful. The exam was thorough and she reviewed the eye scans with me. She discussed the health of my eyes and answered questions. Overall, a great experience

Can't say enough about Lens crafters. Such great customer care. In particular I would like to recognize Courtney... She has helped my family and I many times. Always with a smile and friendly greeting. She is the reason we come back time and time again!

My family and I been coming here almost 2 years. Everyone is friendly.. they greet you right away everytime..i have had the pleasure of seeing both Dr Bourgoin and Dr Yoo.. Great expierence with both.. they are very thorough and easy to talk to. This office is very friendly and family oriented..Highly recommend!

I have been coming here for 25 years. The previous owners(Gene and Jerry) always took good care of me. I am equally impressed with Kevin, the new owner. He is both very friendly and knowledgeable. Last week I was stuck on 495 and he stayed 45 minutes past closing time so I could pick up my new glasses. Great service and selection, and after all, who doesn't want to see a young entrepreneur succeed?

I had both eyes operated on for cataracts with excellent results. Doctors and staff are professional and friendly This is the first time in 50 years I do not have to wear glasses or contacts. Very happy with this outcomes. 🤩 …

The girls here were amazing and so helpful. I loved the girl that pre-tested me she said she was the eyeglass manager and I seen her doing so much. The optician houda was great and made everything so easy to pay for. Lastly the receptionist was great as well.
