Had called to reschedule a appointment because this would be my 1st time their and i didnt get a reminder call as i thought i would like other places do, so i missed it,but when i called to reschedule the lady was quite rude telling me it would be 40$ to pay her now over the phone when that didnt sound right to me she seemed eager to hang up when i was deciding if it was worth the 40$ she said i could just come by then to drop it off then she would make me an appointment i kindly asked would my medical cover that just out of curiosity and she said no when i figure how i wanted to pay shell give me a appointment. Kinda off to me if thats their policy why not say that from the jump and why not throw that out their that they do not give reminder calls and if you miss we will charge you a 40$ fee?

This optometry office would be the last business I recommend to friends and family. Unless you had nowhere else to go, I would suggest another business with better customer service. Tina, I don’t know what your problem is - maybe you’re trying to save money by cutting corners - idk but that’s not even the worse part. You need to take classes on how to improve your customer service skills. The first time I come in as a new patient, I come in for my annual eye-glass exam. I am also primarily a contact user so I have contacts in my eyes when I come in for the visit. Tina tells me that I cannot be seen if I do not remove my contacts. Which is fine, so I ask for disposable contact cases to which she answers, they do not have nor do they provide. I tell her then I must reschedule this appointment as I cannot just toss this pair of contacts since I drove myself to this office. She then insists they do not reschedule appointments but now she has a solution! She is willing to LEND me a contact case in which I will need to give back to her after my eye glass exam. Ok, first off, that is really gross and unsanitary! I hope to G- that she didn’t give me used contact cases. When I’m finally seen by the actual doctor - he was really nice and helpful. They must not be on the same page because when I walk into the exam room, I apologize that I didn’t have my own contact case on hand - to which he replies, “It’s okay! We have plenty!” Then when it’s time to choose my glasses, Tina is the only one present to help. The process was so quick and she just seemed impatient to get me out of there. Well today, I return 4 weeks later to pick up my glasses. I was the one to take initiative and call the office yesterday asking for the status of my glasses. Conveniently, Tina tells me yes they just arrived today. Yeah, sure I don’t believe you but whatever. I come in to pick up my glasses and I ask for a glasses wipe which are usually complimentary- to which she informs me the glasses don’t come with one but one is available for purchase. Total night and day from this optometry office and my regular optometry, Tracy optometry (located in Tracy and the reason why I decided to give this place a try since it’s in town). I will never come back here again.

Griselda was just great and so accommodating. Amma was amazing and was so nice and helpful at checkout. The doctor in house was awesome too! The place was nicely lit and very clean. My appointment went by very quickly. I would definitely be back for an eye exam or to pick out one of their name brand frames they have on display. Very satisfied, thank you so much.

Very unprofessional, they changed my appointment without telling, when i called the did change it, they told me one time I showed up at the time the told me, but they said my appointment was 10 mins before that. They told the couldn't see me. I called and spoke to the manage and was yelled at and hung up on. I called back and told them i was recording the call, in a 10 min phone call i was yelled at, cussed at, threatened to be escorted off by security, and arrested if I came back all with my kids and husband. Recording was sent to my insurance

Great customer service! My mom and I were helped by Amaryllis & she did a great job getting us the best deals for our new lens by running our insurance compared to in store deals & she gave great opinions regarding how different lens looked when we were shopping!

I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Komure to anyone in need of an optometrist! His office was able to take me in today for a pain I was having in my eye without any hesitation and after having to deal with Stanton Optical rescheduling me multiple times since yesterday. Dr. Komure and his staff took GREAT care of me, and even educated me on what was going on with my pain. Thank you Eye Care Associates, you guys are AWESOME!

Dr. Benkle and staff are very helpful and welcoming. They offer a wide variety of frames. My contacts exam and fitting was a great experience being my first time. I highly recommended. Not going anywhere else but there.

Here is where I got my first pair of prescription glasses the moment I arrived in the state of CA, and Dr. Benkle was the first Doctor who attended to my optical needs. He is an amazing specialist! He does thorough examination and explains things to me very well, like his directives do certainly give me relief every time I got problems with my vision or my lenses. Their staff were very nice and very accommodating, I always had a great chat with them every time I got an appointment with Dr. Benkle, ready to help you find the perfect eyeglasses that best fits you and would never forgets to put that happy vibe and smile on their faces whenever you’re around! Having an amazing Dr. Benkle who for so many years have been taking good care of my eyes and a great team he had on his clinic, I will never go anywhere else! They are a family to me!
