Dr Michael Shulkin really knows what’s he’s doing! He fixed my eyesight! I’ve been wearing glasses for years and my right eye has been blurry, even with glasses! He worked his magic and with my new prescription I can finally see again. I don’t know what he did but he did it right! The ladies in the front are so nice and welcoming as well. This office is amazing. They really make you feel at home.

I came in to get my eyes checked after scheduling an appointment… which seemed pretty difficult for the woman at the front desk. They didn’t seem to know what to do for a new patient… I was the only one in the office and sat there for 30 mins before anyone acknowledged me. Something went wrong with my insurance and I had asked the Dr “ so you are telling me you can’t see me today “ and he said “ well I can see you I just need to get PAID “ From a professional standpoint, you should never complain about your salary to a patient and this comment was Unprofessional. I had waited for this appointment for several weeks, I understand the frustration with issuance isn’t their fault but the rude comments made by the dr. And the cluelessness of the front desk, I will not be returning.

I definitely do not understand the negative reviews for Dr. Shulkin. I have been going to him for 5 years now and he is truly caring, amazing, professional and most of all knowledgeable and smart. I have received both my contacts and glasses from his office, he is centrally located, and a fast turnaround. Appointments are quick, if you have an emergency he always makes time for you. Definitely a doctor you're comfortable with and super caring. I can't say enough about him.

Always a pleasure to visit. This Santa Rosa office is an oasis of calm in a busy veterinary world. Wonderful staff and state of the art care! My dog had cataract surgery and it has changed her life, and the dynamics or our dog pack and family life :)

My dog Shadow had a corneal ulcer that has developed into something requiring lots of care and attention. I believe only Dr. Burwell and the team at ECFA will be able to diagnose and treat. So grateful for these professionals❣️

Absolutely love the whole team at eye care for animals. Everyone is so kind, everything was explained clearly. Highly recommend them if you're looking for a specialist for your pet's eyes. Archer had an ulcer that just wasn't healing so we had to go see the experts. After a procedure to encourage healing, eye meds, and some time, he's back to his happy healthy self and I couldn't be happier.

I’ve been getting my and my daughter’s frames and glasses prescription filled here for a year. Yesterday I saw Dr. Nicole Wood for my annual eye exam as my former optometrist retired. It was a great experience - she is sharp, knowledgeable, warm, and she was on time! All of the staff are also really great. This is a smooth and organized practice that I highly recommend.

Dr. Moore was so sweet and knowledgeable. She made me feel very comfortable and eased my anxiety from having my first real eye exam. The front desk staff were also very helpful and sweet. I’m so glad I went here.

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Moore for a few years now and she and the office staff are great! Always friendly and helpful. It's an organized, clean office. We also appreciate the email and text reminders for appointments.

Waited over an hour for my son’s appointment. Still waiting. In the waiting room as I write this. I’ll let you know how the appointment goes if I ever get in.

We took our daughter in to this "medical facility" after receiving a referral from a local Dr saying we needed to see a specialist for an eye condition for our youngest daughter. Our local Dr suggested surgery. The Dr we saw here is no longer in their register, however we will be following up with that information later. They performed malpractice,, suggested her condition could be fixed with patching and time, fast forward 5 years later to us seeing a real medical professional at UCSF children's med, they said that if we would have seen them first they would have suggested immediate surgery. If you go to this place, seek a second opinion or do yourself a favor and just go somewhere else in the first place. If I could give zero stars I would. However they will be getting more from us later, or should I say we will be getting something from them!
