Absolutely love the customer service. Such a lovely person! The only place I’ll ever go for optical needs!

There won’t be another eye doctor to me from now on but Dr. E. Harper. She is the nicest person and a great professional. She explained to me in details what problem I have and what the steps are to get it fixed. Highly recommend her!!!

I would give this place a zero star rating. Unacceptable wait. Completely ridiculous. There shouldn’t be scheduled time and still have to wait over an hour

They are very friendly and take time with you .I've been going here for 10 years .I have sent 3 family members there .They all were also happy .

A member of my family went here for eye surgery. His surgery was rescheduled twice, he waited over an hour for a standard appointment, and they failed to answer prescription refill requests despite multiple calls. Though the survey went well, it’s hard to justify these multiple and consistent instances of poor office management. Based on his experience, I cannot caution others enough to look elsewhere for these services. You’ll save yourself significant amounts of time and frustration.

The lovely lady at the front desk was so personable and professional and did all of my check-in exams. I’m almost certain she was also a nurse. The professionalism continued with Dr Patel. The treatment and atmosphere were far better than I’ve received in the past at my last dentists obviously multimillion dollar stand alone facility for which I paid the price. In other words, this was a Great experience from walk in to walk out and anyone would be all the better for stopping by. And can you believe I was treated like this as a Walk-In?!? Kudos!

I have been going to Vision America for about two years for my eyes they are friendly and kind and timely and efficient and courteous. The Dr is very friendly and he cares. That's Most important to me. To be in the care of a Dr that truly care.

Very friendly staff... from the time I checked in, through the examination process and when I left. I couldn't ask for any more. My doctor was very professional, she took the time to explain all the details of my issues and solution. Great medical facility!

Really have gone downhill since my past visits. Took 6 weeks to get my glasses. Then they were not right. I can see with them at distance but not close up things. Close up things are worse with the glasses than without the glasses. They told me it would take a while to get used to them. That didn't happen. Tried to get them to help me with it but they wanted more money. I'm reporting them to BBB and to my insurance.

Store and Staff were great! My only complaint was the CONSTANT need for confirmations. Reminded me of a needy child just asking "are you still coming? Still coming today? Are you sure you are going to keep your appointment?" Even as I was walking into the mall, I received another test asking if I was going to keep my appointment! Sheesh, give it a rest.
