Awful customer service from a tall lady with brown hair, possibly a lead or manager at the Santa Rosa branch. She seemed annoyed to be helping me and was condescending, was responding with an attitude, and overall rude. She carried herself in an "I'm better than you" manner and acted like I couldn't afford the glasses quality I was looking for. Also acted very irritated when I was asking questions to figure out their price range. Perhaps providing more training on how to deal with customers of different ages and backgrounds could be beneficial to her.

This is by far the BEST experience I have had at LensCrafters. I have been a customer for over 15 years. The new staff and new optometrist are superb. I was extremely impressed with Danni. Finally this store is running the way it should be. Outstanding service and professionalism. The way Dani is running the front of this store is outstanding. Job well done!

Overall, very pleasant experience. The doctors and rest of the staff were great and very friendly. Nicole at the front helped me and she was very clear in explaining anything that i had questions about. She really went above and beyond to make sure that I would be happy with my glasses. I definitely recommend America’s Best :)

Santa Rosa, CA 9-13-23. Phone answering for location was problematic. I was told the store was not near Macy’s when it’s fairly close around the corner. Staff needs to make sure the whole process, including finding the store, is positive. No one wants to hear a store name and park nearby only to look and look and end up walking an unnecessarily longer distance. Phones need to be answered so customers aren’t frustrated by wait times over ten minutes. I was greeted on entering the store but the person was not smiling or welcoming. When told about the parking close by issue and long wait time on the phone, I didn’t feel heard and no apology was given. So I went to wait for the doctor still feeling frustrated. I was asked if I wanted additional testing for $30, which was declined due to seeing my regular ophthalmologist. All testing fees should be disclosed prior to exam scheduling. The eye doctor, Efrem Prada, O.D., was excellent, personable and professional. He was very good at accommodating my high prescription for contacts and found a good alternative. Very nice man; he did his job excellently. Nicole waited on me to select glasses frames, and she was very easy to talk to and was very fun to work with. She was very thorough in checking out the order form and had a manager go over it for accuracy. When I called back later to pay for the order, she was not even told initially that she had a call on hold. 😵‍💫 More manners needed there. Why make the paying customer wait unnecessarily?? Let’s train the people how to appropriately respond to customers to minimize their wait time and gave a pleasant experience. The glasses turned out very nicely.

Went in for new glasses for my 7 year old. Nicole helped us and was absolutely great with him!! She was entertaining all his questions and even talked Pokemon with him!! She even went a step beyond and called around to find his glasses that are now discontinued. I'm very happy that we had Nicole helping us!!

Dr. Bansal performed SMILE surgery on both my eyes, and I couldn't be happier! I wish I had done this years ago. I first learned about this new technology from my optometrist—the results of LASIK but less invasive? Yes! SMILE was worth every penny for me. It was a painless procedure that took a few minutes, and recovery was fast.

Dr. Bansal and team performed two miraculous Advanced Laser Cataract surgeries within the week for me. I was amazed at how clear, sharp and in brilliant-color my vision was immediately after, specifically with the degree of my progressed cataract(s). The staff and nurses were very kind, are clearly skilled and highly professional in how they handle their (especially, nervous) patients through each step of the process. Dr. Bansal’s practice offers a comfortable setting and immediately instilled confidence in the process from first consult. I am thrilled with the outcome and appreciate their attention to follow-up exams. GRATEFUL!

Personalized care from wonderfully friendly staff. Dr Wu has a wonderful personality which helps make the exam fast and fun. The equipment is thoroughly cleaned before and after each visit and the ambiance of the clinic is so pleasing and modern. She always gives me professional advice of things to do or avoid In order to keep my eyes in the best of health.

Dr John Fitzpatrick is an excellent optometrist and a great guy who does great work. Helping me keeping my eyes and top shape and for 61 years old he said they look pretty good A little cataract in the left eye and very little on the right
