The office staff is absolutely amazing, friendly, and helpful. They deserve 10 stars!! The doctor, kind of rude, short with patients, and did not complete a full exam. I went here about 6 years ago and I loved it, so this really surprised me.

Dan Hardin is amazing and always makes you feel comfortable. My partner has never had a great experience with his eyes, I finally had him go to see Dr. Hardin and will now set appointments bc it has been a great experience. Even my parents who moved 9 hours away still come home to see him for eye test. So if you want someone who cares and you can trust check out Dr. Hardin and his team!

Great service and explanation of everything we were buying. Very patient as my 10 year old had to try on 30 different glasses to get the right ones. Even mentioned a special they had to get us an additional pair for a deal. Also, finished both pairs in less than the hour they initially told us it would take. Will be back for all our vision needs!

Scheduling the appointment was easy and I was able to get in the same day. The team was friendly and professional. The highlight for me was the time with the eye doctor. It was the first time I felt like my eye doctor really match my lifestyle to my vision needs and gave advice based on what would work best for my personality traits. I was really happy with the results and look forward to my next visit!

Front staff was welcoming from the start. Dr Shannon was great. He spent time during my exam to really meet my needs. The ladies that helped me pick out glasses also were very easy to talk to and explained everything to me in detail. Overall, I felt as ease here and will continue to visit for my eye care! Thank you!

I have been going to Mead Eyecare for over 20 years. I am always grateful for the help in picking out new frames! If I need my glasses adjusted -no problem. Everyone is so helpful and friendly and take time to answer questions and explain.

Staff was excellent from beginning to end... Doctor took time to explain what he was doing and showing me the pictures to explain more and were we go moving forward

Went there by referral and now I'm visually impaired and both doctors have left the practice! Now I've been given the run around trying to get my paperwork done and they keep passing the buck! I can't get my insurance or short term insurance because they won't comply 😕... …

I am satisfied with Dr. Thielke's care. However, I spent over two hours in the clinic with no more than 30 minutes of contact with the care providers. Adding drive time, the experience took 2.5 hours out of my work day, which I was not expecting. It seems to me the process needs to be more efficient.

I went in for a contact fitting. What happened to this office? Everybody used to be so nice... They are a mess now. Possibly there was a change in the management. After the eye exam, the doctor send me to the optometrist to check out despite the fact I told him that I will order online on my own... The optometrist was trying to bill me incorrectly, saying things that make no sense. Their billing department said I don't own them anything. Visiting this place is not worth all the energy and time. It is time for me to find a new doctor. Also the front desk male employee is so rude.
