I usually read reviews before I make appts. About a month ago, my father in law got glasses from them and he was happy. Then I needed to check my eyes and decided to come to the same place ( even though some reviews were not that good). To make this review shorter, my mother in law and I came in today and even though we were little bit late, the staff was very understanding, very polite, friendly and very professional. Checked our vision, listened to my concerns about pain after the car accident, helped to pick glasses that would fit us well. They even fixed my old glasses that were loose on me( no charge!) I would highly recommend this place and not surprised at all that they were having so many customers walking in. However I was surprised that the lady in the front remembered a customer from 10 years ago!!! ( overheard them talking while I was checking out the glasses). Must be nice to come back after 10 years and be recognized as a valued customer!

Dr. Patel is kind, flexible and honest in a relaxed yet professional way. Great staff.

I’ve been doing business with the Harry street store for nearly ten years. My glasses have always been perfect. Diana goes out of her way to make sure she finds glasses that are a good fit. She’s always friendly and makes the shopping experience pleasurable. The prices are reasonable, and there’s a wide selection. I recently purchased two pair of glasses that I love. I never need to look any further than Price Optical on east Harry for my glasses, they never disappoint.

Outstanding in every way. Saw a student doctor, then a seasoned doc. Super helpful and thorough. Optometrist on site was great. Snazzy & extensive selection of eyewear!

Be sure you make sure the Dr takes your insurance as pearle vision booked the appointment and said my insurance was good. They are two separate businesses. Thanks for nothing and a wasted day.

Vergene was an awesome help. She assisted me with my frame selection, and completely explained every detail of my transaction. She did this with grace and patience, even while there was a rush of rather rude people.

Absolutely love and recommend this place, From the staff to the doctor, they are truly amazing and do really take care of you! The Selection for eyeglasses are amazing You will definitely walk out very pleased and happy after everything! Thank you for everything that you guys did beyond happy with my experience and my glasses!

If I could give 0 stars I would. The place looked like it was in dire need of vacumming/cleaning. The doctor was in the back with another patient, and you could hear every word that was being said. Not private at all, and the patient was having a medical condition that no one else needed to know about. Doctor talked very poorly to the man working at the front desk as well as the patient she was walking out. "bedside manner" was beyond horrible. I politely chose not to proceed any further with my eye exam/appointment. Complete waste of time.

I would give this store and the GM Christy 10 stars! I was a walk in Christy received me with a smile got my insurance verified, in an exam room with an awesome and funny Dr. The young lady helping the Dr had such a great attitude. When I was done with my exam they helped with all my needs to get the right lenses at a comfortable price for my budget. Top notch customer service all the way around. Everyone was so ready to help. Great service like this comes from quality management. I can’t thank this stores manager for the exceptional experience I had.

Office staff always very attentive to appointment times and dates and professional. No long waits. I have been a patient of Dr. David Fuerst for many years and I could not be happier with services. Dr. Fuerst always exudes a calmness and tranquility and explains all things and results very clearly. This is a Dr. that cares very much about his patients.
