My appointment with Dr. Lee could not have been better. She was amazing! I felt very comfortable, she answered all of my questions, and was very thorough. I also observed that she had an excellent relationship with the staff which is very important to me. Everyone in the office was very friendly and I felt at ease. The woman who helped me pick my glasses was also wonderful! When I asked for help she jumped right in without hesitation. She gave me honest feedback and I feel very confident about the choices I made. Overall this is a great team who seem happy and are very good at their jobs. It's hard to find that these days. I hope their employer works hard at keeping them happy, they are a team that deserves recognition!

Dr Lee was awesome, she was understandable of me being a few minutes late and made me feel very welcomed! the exam was easy and felt like I was just chatting and hanging out with a friend. It was fast and efficient and will gladly go back!

A huge thank-you to Anna Ramudo! She replaced both of the nose cushions on my glasses at no charge, even though I did not buy my glasses at Site for Sore Eyes. She even cleaned them, too, and did it all with a kind and generous spirit.

A wonderful great place to get your Eyeglasses. Great friendly Customer Service. There have a very great selection of Frames. I am very very happy with my glasses would never go anywhere else.

Niki did the best job of adjusting my glasses that I am aware of in 66 years of wearing glasses. We also enjoyed looking at frames from a great selection. This woman knows her business. I am very grateful.

Dr. Christensen was very nice, asked questions, actually listened to my answers and seemed to genuinely care - not just trying to rush me out the door. The staff was super friendly at the Orcutt location too. I have had several BAD experiences at Kendall Shepard Eye Center in Lompoc and wish I would have gone to the Orcutt location and seen Dr. Christensen sooner! Excellent experience, I highly recommend Dr. Christensen!

WORST STAFF IN THE CENTRAL COAST!! Been waiting roughly 3 - 4 weeks ( my appt. Was on April 26th) for a call back regarding my contacts. They recommended I try out new brands… That didn’t go well. I called to inform them the following Monday and they told me the dr was out for the day. Following day Tuesday, I called multiple times, no answer. Following day after that, Wednesday, I called and once again Dr was out. They said they would give me a call back. I was then waiting for a new week. I attempted to call and just my luck, no answer on Monday! I called again that week no answer. I called today, no answer! I then called Shepherds on Stowell told the gal my situation. She attempted to call, she had no answer! She gave me excuses to cover up their flaws telling me perhaps they have been unavailable due to posible training… I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! IT WAS MUCH BETTER WHEN DR PIMIENTA WAS AROUND AND WAS UNDER THE PREVIOUS MANAGEMENT!!

Great staff. It was easy to make an appointment and the follow up was easy to confirm the appointment as well. Office staff were very friendly and professional and made me feel welcome immediately. I appreciate the service provide. Dr. Pimienta was excellent and very thorough and professional. I would recommend this Dr.’s office to anyone. I recently moved to the area and have been looking for a new eye Dr. and I am glad that I found this location.

On the Friday before Memorial Day, I woke up with a grey cloud in my left eye. My ophthalmologist saw me immediately and sent me to Dr. Sedeek, who was waiting for me to arrive. He subsequently diagnosed me with Branch Retinal Vein Occlusion (BRVO) and treated my symptoms, which soon resolved. He has been monitoring me ever since and I have actually had another BRVO in the same eye, which is also being treated. Dr. Sedeek is an amazing doctor... caring, professional, thorough, empathetic, and very well-educated in his field. I have complete confidence in his abilities. In addition, he has an excellent Staff at both of his office locations. Mary, the receptionist is so competent and helpful and all of his assistants are friendly and kind. I highly recommend Dr. Sedeek.

Dr. Sedeek and his staff are simply outstanding. Dr. Sedeek performed emergency surgery for my detached retina to my right eye. His professional, calm demeanor coupled with his genuine concern throughout the procedure instilled a great deal of confidence which helped reduce the tremendous anxiety I was feeling. The follow-up treatments have been outstanding. Dr. Sedeek takes the time to know his patients; he treats each with genuine concern and respect in every interaction. His staff is thorough and accessible.

Always a good experience with Dr. Sedeek and his staff. He cares about his patients and their health. He practices conservative medicine and has a wealth of knowledge. If you care about your eyes, I highly recommend you choose Dr. Sedeek as your provider.
