Staff is professional, knowledgeable and explain the various charges for frames and lenses well. They will order a frame for you whether they stock it or not and if you don’t like the frames when they arrive, you are not required to buy them or pay anything.

Dr. Dirksen is kind knowledgeable and helpful. I hope he stays with youe office for a good long time.

i have been seeing Dr Dirksen since i moved to Santa Maria in 2019. He explains everything and he is very nice. he takes the time with me. i would highly recommend him. the staff at Pacific eye sre very friendly also.

Rudest Dr I ever met.

Have seen two Drs there, Dr. Steinle, and Dr Couvillan. Impecable Dr. Great nurses, kind caring gracious staff.

This was my very first visit to an optometrist and the experience was exceptional, the whole staff was very polite and friendly, Dr. Sedeek was very patient and explained everything in detailed so I was able to understand the diagnosis. I would recommend Central Coast Retina and Dr. Sedeek to anyone looking for quality eye care. Thank you all for a great experience. Wayne

This was my first visit and I thought what might be an emergency with my eyesight so Dr. Sedeek saw me the very next morning at 8 o’clock first thing. The process to do my preliminary paperwork online was very easy , walking in I was greeted, I was seen quickly. The doctor’s education, credentials and experience are impressive. From the time I walked in to the time I left, I was pleased with the way that I was treated, I liked the ambience of the office, I felt like I was in good hands with Dr. Sedeek and my medical concern was immediately addressed and I felt very much at ease after the exam and speaking with the Doctor.

I can honestly say that the crew in this office are top notch!! They have a great deal of respect and treat people with it! I am greeted very happily the moment I walk in. The treatment I receive is what keeps me coming back. Thank you CCRSM.

Accepted our walk in yesterday and after filling out paper work, they were able to quickly get my mother and myself in to see the optometrist. He was very fast and efficient with my exam, which is exactly what I wanted. With my mother, he calmly and politely addressed all the issues she was having with her current prescription, and I could tell he was taking the time to appropriately address her needs. The optometry staff were very kind and had some lovely conversations with me while I waited for the paper work to be finalized. The eye center ladies were just as kind and definitely took the time to help us with everything we needed. On top of everything I saved hundreds of dollars by going here, instead of my local optometrist who gave me a ridiculously high quote for a new pair. Thank you to everyone there who helped us yesterday morning!

I received excellent customer service from Bob, Jazmin and Maggie. They were all very professional, friendly and helpful. I had a great experience at Vision Center.
