Great staff, great experience with digital contact lens exam! Highly recommend and would use again!

The staff is so nice here! They were running late but contacted me to let me know. When I got there, they wanted to keep me occupied so they helped me look at glasses and offered their opinion on how they looked. They explained what my insurance covered upfront (which I appreciate because it can be tricky to understand). They didn’t even make me wait long but I like that they kept me informed of where I was in line so that I knew what to expect! Dr. Lee is very knowledgeable and a good listener. He answered all of my questions and educated me on how to be mindful about my eyes at work since I have a desk job. He also recommended eye drops since I have dry eyes. He really took the time to explain things to me (like why my eyes are dry, what can aggravate them, what signs to look out for which would mean I would need prescription eye drops, what he’s looking at in the eye imaging). He even listened to me about my migraines which doesn’t have to do with eyes specifically but he still cared since it had to do with my health. I definitely recommend coming here! They also have low bridge fit glasses which can be hard to find!

I have been a patient of Dr. Marioneaux for over 10 years. She not only takes care of my eye health but is the provider of choice for my entire family. She is very comprehensive, knowledgeable and professional; goes above and beyond to make sure you are well informed. Would highly recommend her practice to anyone searching for an Ophthalmologist.

The lady Melinda that works at the location in kenner Louisiana is absolutely amazing and very easy to work with . She is also very knowledgeable and a was pleasure to work with . She takes extra time to make sure everything is lined up properly as well as making myself decide on the best fit of glasses / style for my face . I have worked with her the last 2 times I've been there and was extremely happy when I called and found out she was still there . The entire staff as well us kind and friendly as well as Leslie the manager went above and beyond to help me with my insurance issue. I would highly recommend that location to all I know. Does not rush you through like other doctors. Doctor Lazarus takes the time to understand your concerns and treats vision problems of all types. Having had a severe eye injury in the past, it's important to have someone like Dr. Lazarus that understands the potential dangers that can arise.
