I have NOT had a great experience - I am SO confused.....why won't the Dr listen to me - I NEED to SEE! My last prescription was higher and I could see - but needed adjusted - this Dr gave me a lesser prescription....and ...I CAN'T SEE! So upset. (major waste of MY time) - I can't see my computer....can't see the traffic signs...this makes NO sense to me. :( paid for the exam - so really can't afford to pay for another somewhere else? SO VERY UNHAPPY with my experience at JCP Optical. However, I must say that the girls working there have been very patient with me as I am getting more and more aggravated each time.

The girls that work there are rude and unprofessional. I went to get glasses for my son and so many things went wrong. The eye exam went well but once I had the prescription to get glasses for him it went down hill. They could not locate my son under VSP. They brushed it off like “oh I can’t help you” the lady from VSP told them how my son’s name was spelled in the system they still were not comprehending. I told her to turn the monitor around and tried to look how she had my sons Information up she told me I can’t look even though people walk behind the monitor all day every day 😂 there is no coverage and it’s just open so anyone can browse. Now I hate that I have to go back and get his glasses because I will never go back to that location for glasses.I told them how come the optometrist was able to locate him but you can’t? The girl said we’re separate, Well I know that but the information is the same.Very Ghetto no comprehension skills or common sense👎🏽👎🏽

Dr. Lowe and his staff are professional, knowledgeable, and caring. Dr. Lowe makes sure you understand your diagnosis, and follow up care. They have a nice selection of frames. They make you feel like family. Thank you for the excellent care over the years.

I have worn glasses since I was 8(other than 40 years of contact lens) and I have never been happier than my experience at Golden Vision. Everyone is so patient and kind. Of course I tried on so many frames but was never rushed. I feel they honestly commented on each look and I am thrilled with my glasses. I just found the practice 3 years ago and will be with them forever!

When I moved to the area I needed to find a eye doctor. I suffer from a autoimmune condition that causes extreme dry eye's. I saw Dr.cerenze specialized in dry eyes. I was so blessed to find her. Not only is she very kind. Dr.cerenze treats you as a individual and really knows about this condition. She told me about contact lense for dry eyes. I was very skeptical because I never used lenses before. I gave them a chance. I am so very happy I did. My eyes feel so much better. I can see so much better. Dr.cerenze is very patient and thorough explaining how to use the Lenses and makes sure the fit is properly suited for your eyes. Thank you Dr.cerenze 😊 you have made my life so much brighter ✨️

Great experience!! The doctor does not talk down to her patients. Explaining every step of the exam with care and patience. The level of care was off the charts. Will recommend to others. God has his people in place!

I went on ZocDoc and looked for the closest place that accepted my insurance (Medí-Cal) and found this gem! I didn’t need an exam, so I didn’t see the doctor. However, the front desk personnel gave me amazing service. I first saw Luis who was calm, attentive, and answered all my questions regarding getting glasses without getting my prescription done by them. Once I chose my glasses I was seen by Mirelda (Don’t know if this is how you spell her name) who was beyond helpful. She explained to me the additional stuff I may need on my glasses, had amazing bedside manner, and also told me she would rush my glasses once I told her mine broke. She also set up a next day complimentary appointment with their lasik doctor partner. I highly recommend this place. Amid Covid 19 they’re still up and running and they are friendly and accommodating.

I've been shopping around for years to find a good friendly optometrist. Been very disappointed in the bigger Americans Best etc. My wife actually found this place and recommended it to me. My exam was fast, on topic, detailed, and comprehensive! The best exam I've ever had. The whole fam comes here now! Prices and availability of frames are great! I may reduce my insurance coverage bc, with this place, all of our needs can be taken care of with the basic coverage.
