Went in for a problem, no resolution, given several different medications over several different visits. Front desk staff looks bored and with a bad attitude. Not helpful. I wasn’t very happy during my approximately 5th visit. I didn’t say anything, was just frustrated at my repeat visits. Maybe they saw that. My appt was at 3:30. They made me wait in the lobby and saw me dead last, which ended up being after 5:30pm. Not much I could do about it. But I asked my primary care provider to send me to a different office. Waiting for a second opinion.

They are always kind here. I've been seeing Dr. Daily since I was in 5th grade in 2004. My mom, brother and I have never had a bad experience here.

Worst place to visit , receptionist was nice and friendly, but the optometrist who my mom saw was not nice at all, she did not acknowledge any of our presence no ho or bye, she was super rude .. I don’t know how she even operates, I would not go back , her name is JENNY TRUONG. I hope she learns some cs skills

Dr.Depew is the best. So thorough, knowledgeable, and kind...Secretary Kim at the reception desk was of great assistance to me to the Oakland facility for my appointment. I mistakenly went to the new Vision Institute,my mistake! Kim was very instrumental in getting me squared away with Oakland,even though I was now late for my 2:00 pm appointment Dr.Emily Depew graciously accepted me, realizing and knowing I travel over 100 miles one way to get there. Thanks to all! Dr. Emily could not be surpassed! I wish there was more people like her...

The customer service and selection was great but these lenses are the worst. I have had them about 17 months and they are covered in scratches and smear and fog up all day long.I have to clean them 3 or 4 times a day.They advertise 150 $ glasses but these were about 400$.For sure I won't be going back there.

Very impressive place with latest modern technology and experienced staff. It was so easy to get an appointment with Dr. Sharon who was very intelligent and spent time explaining the situation. And great advices. Very easy going and very comfortable place! Highly recommended!

Perfect! 100% recommended! Only good vibes all around the place!!! Amazing service! All the ladies in there are sweet, helpful, attentive and professional. Jessica the optometrists assistant was so awesome and helpful. Like Wow! The front desk staff is amazing and so friendly!! Dr Phan is very professional and friendly. The selection of frames are very nice. The receptionist got me right into my appt with no wait time even though I arrived a few minutes late due to my own fault coming from work. 5 stars to Dr Phan , Dr Thi and their awesome staff!! I will update review when I come back next week to pick up my new eyeglasses. I recently went here for an eye exam and was extremely impressed with the professionalism and kindness of the staff. They even worked with my insurance to make sure I was covered. Highly recommend it to all! I cannot express enough how amazing Dr Phan , Dr Thi and their staff are! They were incredibly kind, friendly, and professional from start to finish. They went above and beyond to make the experience fun and enjoyable. And let me tell you, the area is absolutely pristine - it's clean, spacious, and nice. And don't even get me started on their state-of-the-art equipment and designer eyewear collection. I brought in my own frames that I purchased online, but that’s because I did not know they carry Ray Bans and Oakleys here!!! Nice! This is easily the best eye care experience I’ve ever had in Edison area hands down. I am so grateful to have found such an awesome place and would highly recommend it to anyone in need of eye care services. *UPDATE* 4/20/2023 Jessica kindly called me to let me know my eyeglasses were all ready for pickup. As I arrived, they had me try them on right away for necessary adjustments and made sure I was 100 percent satisfied! Eyeglasses came in a timely manner. Everyone is so friendly and I just feel very comfortable here. Great facilities!

Oustanding service and Doctor very knowldgeable and helpful and cares. She also has a fantastic personality. Highly recomended!
