Staff is always super friendly and nice. Very accommodating, one of the doctors on the other hand was more concerned to clock out and leave than to do a proper fitting for a special lens. That we are paying a good chunk of money for. Also the doctors and supervisors need to be more cordial with their employees have over heard some of the supervisor/doctor be very rude to the staff. To have a great business and great staff you have to be a great leader.

Dr. Geurkink is an amazing man. He has been my eye doctor for a decade. He is a strong Christian man who shows his genuine care for his patients. The receptionists always remember your name (without looking at a file) and are very generous. I would not want to go anywhere else. They just moved to a new beautiful location which is also a big plus. I highly recommend them.

Dr David Levine and doctor Davenport and all the nurses and staff are true professionals in their expertise. Dr Levine is a gifted surgeon. He restores sight for this blind man and humbly says” I’m just doing my job” thank you Dr. and all the nurses and staff to help me see again. Mike Murphy

The staff here couldn't be nicer. They took me in as a walk-in and couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful. Everyone from the Dr to the techs were great. They even helped me sift through 10 glasses to help me choose the best pair for my face. Highly recommend.

Staff is awesome and frienly!! You always feel acknowledge and welcomed. My lasik was fast and easy. They explained the process and show you a video that helps you understand it better. As they are completing the process they are making you feel comfortable and explain more about the process. They provide you with sunglasses and some eyedrops for the healing process. I loved my experience here.

Beware of these people. They will make you do anything in order to get money from you. They will say say they will do one thing and will change their words afterwards. Even though you schedule an appointment they will make you wait 3 hrs before you see someone. Do not go there. The worst place I have ever been. Do not let them get your money. My experience here was beyond awful. Save your time and go somewhere else. I waited over 6 weeks to get an appointment for my 4 month old baby. I showed up on time, with an alert happy baby. Almost immediately, I was brought into a room, and then proceeded to wait for over 90 minutes to be seen. At 1 hour I said sometime, at which point a student resident came in and I asked to see the doctor. After waiting for another 30 minutes without being seen, a cranky, tired baby, I decided my time is more valuable and left. I spoke with the office manager on my way out, and asked that they call me when the doctor was ready to see me. Bottom line, they didn’t respect me enough to be on time. The doctor never saw me. The administration and caseload at UCSD is awful. This is not my first experience at UCSD like this either (UCSD dermatology turned me away for being 5 minutes late last year). I don’t doubt the skill of UCSD doctors, and the reputation (I have a PHD from UCSD), but the level of respect for clients needs drastic improvement. I can’t wait to get a $500 doctor bill for a visit that never happened. I guess I didn’t learn my lesson from UCSD dermatology. Save your time and go somewhere else.
