I was really impressed by how thorough she was. The price is very fair and I didn't have to wait. I would definitely go again and encourage others to use her. I can't imagine anyone else would do a better job!!!!

Impossible to make a simple appointment.

Here’s my full review, they are good when it comes to booking something fast and getting a pair of glasses, but the cons are if you get a prescription it’ll cost around 60-100, now if you want a copy of your prescription you’ll be paying 100-120. (Now if you booked a prescription but didn’t make sure you asked for a copy of you’re prescription they will make you book another appointment and pay for a copy of a prescription to use at different places). The standard glasses are cheap quality and they are still pretty expensive just for the frame about 120-180, it also seems like they get them made in Mexico. I personally paid for the reflective lenses and they felt like cheap quality and actually had downside effects on my eyes, straining my eyes. I had more positive outcomes going to a nation wide vision in my opinion, better quality and a copy of your prescription for 60. If you don’t care to much go to optica Mia, I’m not bashing on optica Mia but I’m just being honest.

This was my first time at this location & with this provider. I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Neil & his staff and I'm glad I did from the time I came thru the door the great customer service started. everyone was polite, personable, knowledgeable and the service was in & out in a timely matter I couldn't have been happier. I was originally disappointed that this was the only location & doctor available for this appointment & being a month away for an appointment I was disappointed but I have to say it was worth the wait. I don't drive & it takes me 1 hr 40 min on the bus to get there and this experience made me decide that I'd like to continue coming to this location & Dr. the distance doesn't matter when you get good customer service. Thank you so much we will be back.

Dr. Patel is awesome & makes sure I understand everything she is telling me about my eyes and is a very personable Dr compared to others I have had in the past. Highly recommend! I was in and out in no time and the associates working the glasses department gave great advice and were not trying to MAKE me buy glasses and reminded me my insurance for frames kicks in in January so I can save some extra money! :)

All of the staff at OC Eye Designs Optometry are extremely friendly & helpful. Dr. Wald is excellent & explains all of your eye test results throughly and addresses all of your eye issues or concerns. I totally recommend her to anyone located in OC to either her Costa Mesa or Irvine offices. Thank you all for a great experience. Thanks again - Dave.
