So... this is a tale of two reviews because my initial visit was fine, and I have no complaints about that. However since receiving my glasses there has been a problem with the lenses that started around 90 days after receiving them and have gotten progressively worse - according to the person working at Teagle's front desk "it looks like a problem with the coating" (see attached photos - those aren't scratches!) The people at the front desk said that there was nothing they could do as they're outside warranty - although they also said they can usually help to replace these "within 1-2 years" (which I am in). I've worn glasses my whole life and this has never happened to another pair I've ever received. I do tend to keep a pair of glasses for about 2 years due to work insurance program - seems to me that if a manufacturing issue like the a problem with the coating is the issue here, the people at Teagle should work to make it right.

I was recently at Teagle for an eye exam and to get new frames. The problem with picking new new glasses is that I can't see my face to see how I look in possible new frames and I had neglected to bring a trusted friend with me. Fortunately for me, Casey, from Teagle, helped me look through the frames. She saw the style I was going with and found many frames I might like, giving me advice on what looked good on me. I had no choice but to trust her as, like I said, I just couldn't see my face😂. Casey probably spent more time with me than the average customer. I was very nervous picking up my new glasses, but when I put them on, I could see they were perfect. I am so grateful for Casey and her honest help. Also, it's nice to know that Teagle isn't trying to get customers to buy the most expensive frames, but ones that look good on them.

I have been a faithful customer of Teagle optometry for almost 18 years. When I went in for my last exam, I told the doctor that I was having a problem with some sticky stuff in my eyes. Without being informed of the additional cost ($90) he performed an additional exam of my eyes. I wasn't told at the time of this additional charge. When I called the office and told them of my displeasure of being charged $90 I was told there was nothing they could do about it. So much for customer satisfaction. I’m filing a complaint with the California State Board of Optometry.

Dr Lin was very personable and genuinely kind. He spent a lot of time explaining his findings and also suggested new bifocal contact lenses for me, giving me a trial pair to try before I purchase them. He explained everything in a way that was easy for me to understand, and made me feel valued as his patient. Would definitely recommend Dr Lin!

Dr. Lin is the best. He is very professional, thorough, knowledgable, patient, kind and caring. He really cares for the customers and tries his best to be helpful in any way he could possibly can. What else can you ask for? After the visit, he sent us articles and videos on how to relieve dry eyes, etc. I really wish I could have met Dr. Lin earlier so our day to day computer work could be easier on eyes. Highly recommend Dr. Lin if you have any eye concerns.

We have been seeing Dr. Paul Lin at Valencia eyecare Optometry since we live in Palmdale and follow him to Valencia for about 30 years. We are very happy with his excellent care. His staff are very friendly and professional. We recommend his services to anyone.

I am so grateful for Dr Helm helping me to see again. I am 54 yrs old and developed cataracts in both eyes that really altered my vision. Dr. Helm Lasered my cataracts and the healing was quick and painless. I did develop some clouding in my eye’s with healing which the YAG surgery cleared up. My left eye was a bit more difficult and required Lasik. My vision is now 20/20 and I can see clear both day-light and night-time and only need reading glasses. I trust Dr. Helm, his knowledge, expertise and top notch equipment are all amazing. He treated me like family, put me at ease and helped me to see again. Maggie is wonderful and went out of her way to help me with billing and questions. They are very professional and the BEST!!!! L. Tag

Dr Helm is a greatest doctor and he has lots of patience . I fully trust on his work . I never worried or got nervous while he was performing my Lasik surgery. Everyday , his work getting good to great. He should replace Dr facui . He should be a chief medical adviseor to the president.

I would highly recommend Dr Helm!!! He was amazing! I had a surgery last summer to correct a Salzman Nodule which obstructed my vision. I had bad vision before going to him. Now I’m 20/20!! He has a kind bed side manner and makes you feel at ease! I wouldn’t trust my eyes with anyone else!!! 5 stars is all I can give... he deserves 10!!!

Dr. Goldman has been great to my son since the age of 3! He is always so wonderful and patient with him. Mason never fears going to his eye apts. Very kid friendly.
