If I could leave a 0 I would a dr wrote a note in my file that never saw me billing department said my dr was a women when I clearly seen a man. I just think they have no real organization. The dr never touched my eye only said don’t do the surgery walked out in less than 20 sec and I received a nice chunky bill . It’s a lot of professional offices in the area I recommend not wasting time going to this one

Brought in my prescription today to get my first ever pair of glasses! Freddie was super attentive and helpful despite being the only person working today. He not only helped me choose frames that looked good, but considered my career and daily activities to make the best choice. Great customer service and pretty cheap too!

We saw Dr Alley last year for my daughter’s first visit. She was running almost 2 hours late due to some schedule changes she had to make . However, when she came into the room she was unapologetic and very rushed . I don’t mind waiting 2 hours but then I don’t want to be rushed ~ thats not good medicine . It would have been nice if her staff had given a heads up as well about the longer than usual wait . I did want to complain after but it turns out the office manager was the doctor herself ~ another red flag.

My family have been coming to see Dr. Vincent for years. We switched insurance and was no longer able to see him, along with us moving. But now that we have better insurance, I called today to see if we can set an appointment with him and his staff, and the new owners said Dr. Vincent has retired now 2yrs. So sad. He was awesome with our eye care and his staff was impeccable. We loved them and I pray he is doing well in his retirement. Thanks Again for your service. ❤️

I’ve been coming here since I was a baby and I used to love the service because they knew what they were doing. Ever since 4 years ago the service has gotten so bad they never answer the phone when you’re trying to reach them. The nurses are so rude and not friendly at all I felt so uncomfortable at my last visit. The only reason I kept going back was because they are the only ones that would make my prescription because of how high it is but that is the last time I ever visit this clinic. They over book their patients and don’t prioritize them. They also never placed my eye contacts order and I kept calling asking if my contacts were ready and nobody would answer I left various voicemails and till 7 weeks later they notified me that the contacts order wasn’t never placed because of a payment issue how did they not tell me this sooner ? The only reason I was told this was because I kept calling every 15 minutes to try and get a hold of someone to see what was going on. As of right now I’m trying to contact them to order my yearly supply of contacts and they do not answer been calling for days. I highly do not recommend this clinic.

Taken in at appointed time! Staff polite and professional. Doctor explained the situation and answered my questions. I needed a new prescription staff contacted mail pharmacy and it was all in the works within the hour. Very satisfied with total visit!

Had the pleasure of doing my very first eye exam with them, and I was very impressed!! They went the extra mile to ensure a clean, sanitary and also comfortable office space, waiting area and examination area! The doctors took excellent care and time for me to fully understand and get the proper prescription lenses!! I loved the styles they had available!! It was nice too because the gentleman that was helping me pick frames assured me that all of the frames are sanitized after every person touches them!! I didn’t even have to worry about picking glasses and only judging based on my eyebrows, they allowed me to be in a 6 feet away from anyone space and mask off to try them out!! I picked out some really adorable frames!! Thank you so much mid city options!! I can’t wait to pick up my new frames!!

Dr. Holly Caputy and the rest of the staff today were amazing with my Mom. They made her feel so comfortable and took the time to explain everything to both of us. The entire staff at this practice are the nicest people I have ever come across in the medical field. Thank you!
