If I could give a zero in stars I would! After two tries to get my prescription correct I finally had to go to another ophthalmologist who was able to get the prescription right first time around. I am now out over $400 no glasses to wear and Dr. Fitzgerald’s office will not refund any portion of the bill.Lots of extra costs . If you need to see an ophthalmologist go to Walmart they got it done in one shot less the cost of what Fitzgerald charges! Without accusing them of something I can’t confirm better off going elsewhere so you don’t end up with nothing other than empty wallet . Shady experience

I’ve been going to Valencia Optometry for 9-10 years now. They are mostly on time, I never have to wait too long, and they’ve always been very helpful! I am usually out after 45 minutes or 1 hour. My contact lenses typically have a rebate, so they always handle that for me while I’m in the office - helps me not forget to do it. Dr. Song always thoroughly explains everything and makes me feel comfortable about all the choices I need to make. Vision is important to me, and my insurance is great, but all these reviews about cost is crazy to me, I would think you want to make sure your vision is healthy. I guess that’s just me! Dr. Song and her staff are fantastic They are COVID friendly, and I feel safe during the exam and eyeglass selection. The process is smooth and unlike some Optometrists I've had in the past, Dr. Song is very patient focused,. She explained the exam and my next steps. A pleasant experience from start to finish.

Overpriced glasses that are garbage. Purchased glasses here and in a couple of months the left temple (arm of the glasses) fell off. Than a couple weeks later the right temple fell off. They said since it was already fixed they couldn't fix the other arm because it's a limited warranty. The only thing this office has going for them is the friendly staff. Save your money and just got to Costco.

Good prices

I like the friendliness of the staff members. They're all very helpful & professional. They respond quickly to all phone & text messages. The doctor is very friendly, respectful, knowledgeable, addresses all your concerns & offers options for you to decide. The quality & variety of the different brands of eye glasses is outstanding & require little to no additional adjustments. I'm very happy that I finally found an Optometry & Vision Care for all my needs.

Dr. Kim is very proficient and thorough. She explains things thoroughly so Patient understands situation and options. Very caring.

Not the best I’m not satisfied with my prescription glasses. They ruined my brand new frames I brought into their office for lenses as a walk in patient. They stretched my glasses out so badly they slide right off my face. My prescription is slightly off and is blurry when I look down at my keyboard. I took them back two different times to try to fix the stretched issue. Both attempts weren’t successful. I wouldn’t recommend dr Kim’s office.

I need new lenses for my frames. I wanted the best lenses,with Progressive, scratch resistant and Transition. Where I get my eye exams, they wanted $560, just for the lenses, Eye Glasses Direct made them for $420. He has always beaten the price of my Vision Care Specialist. He doesn't sell contacts, I still buy them from my vision specialist but if I can find them someplace cheaper, yes I would buy them from somebody else. It's just business decision.
