I need new lenses for my frames. I wanted the best lenses, with Progressive, scratch resistant and Transition. Where I get my eye exams, they wanted $560, just for the lenses, Eye Glasses Direct made them for $420. He has always beaten the price of my Vision Care Specialist. He doesn't sell contacts, I still buy them from my vision specialist but if I can find them someplace cheaper, yes I would buy them from somebody else. It's just business decision.

Selection is simple and to the point. Keh met me when I came in and offered a little input then waited patiently while I was in my head. Two pair were selected and he got me all set up. Spent for a pair of sunglasses and indoor glasses what I would have spent on one pair at an optometrist's office.
To be honest, I'd go here always because of Keh himself. He's gentle, kind, wise, talented in his craft, and friendly. I felt as though I'd had a visit to days of old, days that I've missed - slow, focused and intentional interaction, old world craftsmanship and expertise. You know, the good stuff! Visit Keh, meet a need, and save a few (or many) bucks in the process.

Great service and quality of product for less than other options I've tried over the years. When I have a new prescription, I bring it here for filling. I've also brought in old frames to have them put in new prescriptions as my eyes change. Fast, reasonable, and excellent quality!

Dr. See is one of the best doctors I have ever experienced in my life. He's so kind, compassionate, and so good at his job.
The rest of the staffs are absolutely marvelouz. (: They're so charming and do have a great customer service.
Good for you, CA Retina Consultants, and for us, as well. All the best to y'all.

It is very important to me to be treated with respect. I found the employees to be friendly and explained the procedure in detail before during and after. Dr See reviewed the test results and answered my questions in a very professional and friendly way and not pressured me to get unnecessary treatment or more business as I experience with most other doctors.

Walked in, saw a pair of glasses, paid, and went home. Quick and easy process. Got home to try on my new find and a lens was floating around in the case. My initial thought was, "Oh they put in a spare lens, that's unique." Then, I realized the pair was actually broken and I hadn't even touched the frame yet. I debated with myself about going all the way back across town right away to exchange after just walking in, yet decided to do it in case the product was sold out. Upon return I was immediately helped by Anthony who heard my situation and promptly switched them out...after we verified the new, intact frame. I felt relieved and grateful for his gentle demeanor. Thank you, Anthony, for your help, as well as your kindness with an annoying situation.

I had to write this review to offset the horrible ones because in my experiences, it’s been really great.
I acknowledge that there’s always exceptions, but the optometrist that myself & my mother saw was AMAZING. She made sure to take extra time to get a gauge of our optical history & was extremely gentle & kind. I have a neurological disability that occasionally affects my eyesight & she helped me course correct to make sure my prescription was as even as possible (LensCrafters was WAY off).
As far as getting frames & contacts, the line tends to be long as it’s the ONLY Costco in a city of almost a quarter of a million people. They have a great selection & try to get to you as quickly as possible. A lot of people are detached and forget what it’s like to work retail, so kindness and patience really affects your experience here. There’s so much going in the world with this pandemic, so keep grace in mind when you’re interacting with staff.
As for reception, once again, BE GRACEFUL. Answering hundreds calls and staring at screens all day inputting information is not easy & can have an impact on their tone of voice when answering the phone.
I’ve been going to this Costco for 24 years & while it’s busy, the staff are kind & want to help you as best they can. You may need to advocate for yourself when you take your ticket and they forget to bump up the numbers so it’s your turn, but that doesn’t take more than a gentle reminder to them.

The glasses and contact lenses section is amazing, friendly and helpful. Thumbs up.
The “eye doctor” part is a nightmare. Cheap work, child play, unprofessional. I know it is busy. I know humans make mistakes.
The receptionists are the ones who cannot be relied on, with confronting attitudes in addition.
The eye doctor herself who examined me gave me 2.00 instead of 2.25 lenses
It’s time to find better eye doctor and more reliable services somewhere else

This was one of the best experience I have had in a long time. From the very first moment I stepped into her office it was like no other. The whole layout of the office, which includes a coffee shop (SO AMAZING)... the color of her space to the amazing lovely staff. I'm overly happy I have found her and look forward to having my teens have her as their eye Doctor too!!!!

Had an wonderful experience here. The entire staff is so welcoming, friendly, and patient. Dr. Demirjian was very nice and the exam was quick and efficient. Other places I’ve been to felt patronizing or I felt rushed but I’m happy to say I found a new place to get my eyes checked. (:
