I highly recommend Dr. Terry Rose. She is a true professional & knows her stuff. Can’t forget the other 2 optometrist they are great too! Before Goulds I was getting the run around & my eyes were only getting worse. By the time I meant with them my eyes were red, blurred & swollen... to say the least! They had the right tools & tests to know what was going on & how to make me well. If you need an eye expert go to Goulds. The front desk folks at Goulds Optical were professionals too!

Direct Optical Optique always makes me feel like home! I’ve been going here for years and wouldn’t want to go anywhere else! There is a wide variety of frames to chose from sunglasses to glasses, designer and all. The quality of the frames is phenomenal especially for the best low price! The Doctor and staff has treated my elderly grandparents so well while buying progressive lenses. My grandparents adore Dr. Karana while she is always patient and through with their needs.

Unprofessional staff (Stephanie) was very rude and unprofessional I have been coming to this facility for over 10 years. I came in to get my daughter glasses but called 10 mins before arriving confirming her glasses was in and that I was on the way. I get there she tells me she cannot give me her glasses that I will have to wait til 2:15pm will not go to them again!!!!!!!!! Their old staff was waaayyyy better

Dr. Linardos is a really fine person and an outstanding optometrist. He has a very engaging personality, seems to never be in a rush, and provides explanations of things as he goes along if you want them. His exam is very thorough and is every bit as good as optometrists who charge twice as much. I highly recommend Dr. Linarados!

A Bunch Of Crooks, They told me I Had to Pay out of pocket because my insurance didn’t pay for it all but I called my insurance and they said Morillo never Went through the insurance because if they had then my Insurance would have covered the whole visit, I don’t recommend anyone go here and if you do don’t let them Lie to you like they did me, Not to mention they are not trying to give me my money back even after I refused to go forward with the treatment smh Scammers‼️

Made an appointment and even called prior to see if my insurance covered everything and I was told that they did . I show up early to my appointment and I’m told to fill out the new patient packet and after I finish , the front desk woman tells me that eye exams are not included after getting off the phone with my insurance company . $125 out of pocket for an eye exam . Being told this prior would’ve been very nice . Not to mention how unprofessional the other staff was on their phone being loud and talking about concerts and showing each other videos .. Dr. Feinstein ‘ s staff was a lot more prompt and professional . What a shame . Never returning .
