I trusted Dr Sheety to do my LASIK surgery in 2006 and I had a great experience. He and Dr Valerie were awesome. About 7 years ago my mom had issues with her sight and some other place made it worse, making her eyes cross! I referred her to Dr. Sheety and he cared for her well and led to her regaining her good & straight vision. This year, I had eye issues and came back to see Dr. Sheety. He and his staff have always made me comfortable and I have received excellent care. Only Negative: sometimes there’s a longer than expected wait. I think once I went straight in, but there usually is something of a wait. Overall, I’ve had a good experience here and trust Dr. Sheety. He’s a straight talker and would rather be overly cautious than risk your vision. At least that’s what he’s said to me, and I’m sure he’d treat you similarly.

Dr Sheety is a good doctor, he’s really a kind man. Dr. Valerie was also awesome. I have had too many bad situations with their staff. Nicole, is rude and raises her voice at customers when billing in handled incorrectly. I have been a patient for 16 years but I can not deal with some of the staff. This time it cost me 400 dollars.

I arrived at Dr Sheety’s Office today on time. I checked in with a very nice receptionist and took care of loose ends on the paperwork. I waited 45 minutes after my appointment time and went to the receptionist and asked if there was a better time to come in when the Doctor is running on time. To my surprise she said NO he always runs this way. Time is a commodity that most people don’t have. If you have time to sit and wonder how people can have such bad time management issues, and think there time is more important than yours, this is a place for you. To be fair to the doctor he does provide comfortable seating bring a book.

My doc was out of town... this group was on call. I walk in to check in and before i get my paperwork or a good morning Im asked for my copay. Their paperwork includes federal census and a 2 day cancelation policy or a mandatory $50.00 will be charged to your card on file that you must sign. I didnt sign it...the receptionist told me out loud so everyone could hear that the policy still applies. I haven't even seen the Doctor 😞 yet! I have a pretty bad eye infection but decided to get out of there and seek care elsewhere. Remember there are many doctor's to choose from. I didnt get a good feeling from this office and should have read their reviews before making an appointment. Will also let my regular ophthalmologist know about my experience here.

I would like to express my Appreciation and Thanks to Dr. Garcia and Dr. Kattan for their EXCELLENT + PROFESSIONAL services given to my parents Antonio & Josefina Villasenor. In 2008 my mother had both eyes operated by Dr. Garcia; the procedure was a success! My mother is so happy with her results. In April 2023 my father was operated by Dr. Kattan (left eye). May 2023 his right eye. My father is now recovering as indicated with no complications. My parents and I are for ever grateful to Dr. Garcia & Dr. Kattan

A few months ago I had cataract surgery on both eyes. I was told that Medicare and my supplemental would cover total costs. Just be fore surgery they told me I needed "special tests" for $230.00. Today I met with Dr Garcia for eye lid surgery. He told me it would be WITHOUT cost for the laser surgery. Then when scheduling surgery Ms Gomez scheduled, told me there would be a "post-op" laser routine for $30].00. I believe this place is a MEDICARE RIP-OFF!! They promise zero then slide hundreds of $$ at the last. This medical office abused the elderly!! GET A SECOND OPINION!!

I really appreciated the response on a billing reimbursement request from my insurance provider. Not an easy process to get my billing information resolved but Gabby did a great job In follow through. My contacts are great and was able to pass my eye exam for license renewal. Thank you.

For someone who has had prescription glasses for 10 years, periodically trying contacts but never being able to find the "right fit" of lens, Bill Lyon and his staff have exceeded my expectations. Previous to the personalized care they provided me, I had never felt like contacts were as comfortable or easy to use as my prescription glasses. After receiving personalized care from Bill, I am happy to say I prefer my contacts over my glasses. Thank you for helping me find the right pair that are easy to use, comfortable and effective!

I’ve been frequenting Lyon Contact Lens Center for over (15) fifteen years. They are professional, personable, extremely knowledgeable and have consistently outperformed my expectations. I feel the warmth of home, whenever I am there, the staff are genuine, they truly care & always welcome with a smile & a kind word. My lenses have always fit perfectly and comfortably & are fairly priced.

When you find out someone has a previous name from a name change, you don’t call them by the previous name. I’m not sure how confusing it is to simply call someone by their current name when their ID and forms all list their current name. It’s really not that difficult to use the correct name and pronouns when you find that someone has previous information that’s different. Do better.
