I was greeted promptly and with a friendly greeting! The front staff was professional and knowledgeable. The young lady that took me back and did history and preliminary exam was very nice and explained all to me. Dr. Reidhaar was so nice and very professional! My vision had not changed much but I chose to go ahead and get an extra pair of glasses. The optician was very helpful and explained what my insurance covered. She also was very friendly and professional! I was very happy again with my visit! Will definitely refer family and friends!

My wife and I have both had a very good experience at this location. The Dr. is very complete and thorough in her examination and informative. The optician was kind, knowledgeable and very helpful with assisting my wife in selecting her glasses. The glasses are PERFECT and the prescription is right on. We will both be back for certain!!

After waiting over two years and got six different opinions, finally I came back to my own physician Dr. Marc Kramer. I had cataract surgery on July 30th , 2024 and was able to see everything the other day.😍😍😍 Dr. Marc Kramer not only is very professional physician but he is very humble and honest man.🙏🙏🙏 God bless you dr. Kramer.😇😇 I am ready to have surgery for my other eye. I really recommend him 100%. All the best.😇🥰 Farzaneh

I had a great experience here and it’s been a while since I got glasses so I was definitely stoked. When I picked up my glasses, my eyes thanked me for it. Elyse made my visit very comfortable. Thank you

The doctors and technologies are very good, however, not sure why the wait is so long. Min 2 hours per visit do not expect this to be a quick visit.

WORST STAFF IN THE CENTRAL COAST!! Been waiting roughly 3 - 4 weeks ( my appt. Was on April 26th) for a call back regarding my contacts. They recommended I try out new brands… That didn’t go well. I called to inform them the following Monday and they told me the dr was out for the day. Following day Tuesday, I called multiple times, no answer. Following day after that, Wednesday, I called and once again Dr was out. They said they would give me a call back. I was then waiting for a new week. I attempted to call and just my luck, no answer on Monday! I called again that week no answer. I called today, no answer! I then called Shepherds on Stowell told the gal my situation. She attempted to call, she had no answer! She gave me excuses to cover up their flaws telling me perhaps they have been unavailable due to posible training… I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! IT WAS MUCH BETTER WHEN DR PIMIENTA WAS AROUND AND WAS UNDER THE PREVIOUS MANAGEMENT!!

The staff at Fogg Remington were very helpful, patient, and empathetic toward my nonverbal autistic son. They made our experience very pleasant and helped us feel comfortable throughout the visit. We truly appreciated their kindness and understanding.

The best eye exam experience i’ve had in my whole life of wearing glasses. Everyone was so kind, polite, and helpful. The whole process was super easy, everything was explained to me as it was happening, no anxiety what so ever. Definitely my only eye care place now.
