I was seen very promptly. Every member of the staff was thoroughly professional and all my records were up to date. I brought up some new things that were bothering me and everything was addressed at the appointment.

Terrible service, rude staff. The doctor was very nice and professional. The rest of the team is very rude and condescending. I ordered my glasses in early June (broke my old ones), it is now August first and I STILL don't have my new glasses. I wonder if they would be as rude if it was them that could NOT see and had to go about everyday business half blind. I have mobility issues so I have to go here, or I would DEFINITELY GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! One star goes to the Doctor, he was excellent.

20 minute wait, lost chart, and a disrespectful doctor. I have never been talked to by a professional like this guy. If I wasn’t so desperate for my new contact prescription, I would have left. Will never go back.

I had exceptional help for my mother from a young man in the office. He made arrangements to get her glasses sent from another office and to coordinate an appointment at the Clark office. Above and beyond!

Excellent physician. Several years ago Dr. Wong identified and immediately repaired a retinal tear which could have led to a detached retina if not handled right away, when two other opthalmologists didn't see the tear. Saved my vision in that eye! Quick, efficient service.

I had a scare of a possible torn retina, while out of town. I knew to call Retina Associates and even though a new patient, they told me to go right in whenever I arrived back. I was taken in quickly, had several tests and then consult with Dr. Wong, who was very thorough, explained everything, gave me a copy of my report and sent one to my GP as well. Definitely recommend this facility

Dr. Wong and his staff are top notch. My husband has been seeing Dr. Wong for close to 3 years now for injections in his eye related to MD. We have always been impressed with the professionalism of his office staff and how well the group work together to quickly see patients on schedule. The staff are always conscientious and Dr. Wong has a calm, professional demeanor, and makes us feel like we are valued patients. We highly recommend Dr. Wong and his practice.

My father had a corneal transplant done by Dr. Schwartz back in July 2022. He is an excellent skilled and caring doctor. Has taken great care of him since then. Has answered any questions he or I have had. And his office staff is excellent. When you call and ask a question the office gets back to you promptly. They listened to concerns about his prescription and made a change to try and alleviate some side effects. Without a doubt a great and caring doctor.

Never was able to get an appointment but the receptionist was kind enough to tell me to go off all medications that an Urgent Care Doctor prescribed to me. In her humble opinion I had dry eyes. Oh wait she’s the receptionist not a doctor and made that DX but my symptoms via a phone call.

Most caring and compassionate doctor I have ever met first and foremost may I say if anything ever feels wrong with your eyes don't ever do a getcare urgently no matter how minor it may seem it could end up as serious as mine but the loss of vision completely in my right eye, now I met dr. Schwartz as he was the on-call doctor to follow up with after I left the ER I am blessed to have met him he tried everything he could went above and beyond for me and truly felt compassionate about my niece and my well being and financial circumstances I don't think I could possibly ask for anything more from a doctor but him and his staff ra1 I don't just recommend him I tell everyone if you need an eye doctor that is your guy
