I’ve been coming here for over 15 yrs and they are always super helpful. The Dr is friendly and knowledgeable and the front staff is wonderful helping with fittings and frame selection.

Been going there for yrs (the whole family has). The doctor is very through and the staff is never pushy. They will help you pick frames if ask or let you browe on you own.

I feel bad that I have to write this, but I would strongly advise NOT to come here for a prescription.
I got an eye exam prescription done by Dr. Fanelli. The exam procedure was rushed and the doctor was rude and impatient when I pointed out one of my eyes still couldn't see clearly. I acquired my two pairs of glasses from Costco with the prescription. Turned out the prescription was way off for my left eye. After calling the office for a followup visit, I was told there would be a $40 surcharge to revisit. I cannot believe I can witness this level of competency and customer service in the country.

Doctors are good but front office staff is worst I've ever experienced in a medical office. They don't return calls and are rude. Will be looking for another office

I have been a patient here for many years, have brought my kids here and have experience with all of the doctors and staff. I can say that I have never had a bad experience. The staff is friendly and helpful. The doctors take time to explain things to you and help you make decisions about your care. Recently I had to bring my 2 year old grandson with me and the doctor allowed me to keep my grandson on my lap during the examination. Personalized care at its best. I highly recommend them to you!

Dr Kaur is an amazing eye doctor and her office has the most up to date testing equipment. Our whole family goes there and we have always had a positive experience. They also have a very nice selection of eyewear for kids and adults.

Excellent doctor, horrible front office. If you are willing to wait well past your scheduled appointment time, and you can tolerate apathetic and uncaring front office staff, and if you're OK with seeing a different assistant every visit, Dr. Kaur herself is an excellent physician. However, there are other excellent ophthalmologists in the area with far more competent office staff.

Dr. Wu is a fantastic eye doctor. She treated me for dry eye and helped find solutions to resolve my issue. She went above and beyond and even ordered blood tests to make sure there is nothing out of the ordinary that is going on internally. Her clinic is always busy with people going in and out and that shows the amount of people that come for her expertise in the field. Thanks for taking great care of me and always being there for me! Anyone who has Dr. Wu as their doctor is very lucky - you are in great hands :)

Dr. Wu is a great doctor but i waited over 2.5 hours to simply get some glasses fitted and purchase contacts, even after i came in 10mins early. others went in first when I arrived before them some even telling me “oh we came in after you and you’re still here?” what’s the point of setting up an appointment? they gave me multiple different exams I didn’t even need constantly making me go back to the waiting room, even after letting them know what i was there for initially. at the end they then tried to charge me full price (over $400) for the frames and new contacts i was getting saying they were unable to access my insurance even though i was able to see it easily enough through my phone. why charge me full price then? why not wait until you’re able to access it before charging patients full price? i then showed them my insurance card once again after already emailing it to them on my last visit, but since Dr Wu was in a meeting, they simply told me i can email it to them. Yes, after me trying to call for days prior to this just to make a payment on contacts and always getting their answering service to leave a message with no call back. very disorganized and disappointed.
