Nice office and friendly staff. Recommend!

The eye doctor was very kind and helpful, but I am very displeased with the customer service. Poor quality. I kept having to call numerous times just to receive updates as to when I would receive my contact lenses.

Extremely rude the older woman in the front office very rude I’ve been a patient before and you would think they keep medical records and still she said they didn’t and couldn’t verify if the insured information I was providing was me, I work with insurance and I know it can be looked up she made no attempt and was very rude still with no one else in the waiting room was there very rude will not be coming here again. They are there to provide a service if you don’t enjoy your job quit!!

Dr. Bailey saw me on an emergency basis as I had, I thought, lost two daily contact lenses in my left eye. She came in with a smile introducing herself and then stating her understanding of my issue. After a thorough exam Dr. Bailey explained with a smile there were no daily contacts in my left eye. I had managed to get one lense out the night before so there was only one remaining. I told her I could feel it and pointed to where I thought it was. When she was done with the exam she said there were no lenses in my left eye. She had performed one test twice just to be certain there were none. It was quick and she was great! All was well so she sent me happily on my way!

Best eye care doctor I have ever been to in all of LA County. No nonsense and tops in professionalism and affordable for myself and my child.

Outstanding optical meeting. The optician I met with was very patient and dedicated. I love my new pair of glasses. This is the best optical service I ever had.

If I could have gave no stars I would have definitely would. I arrived today at 425 for my 430 appointment just to be told I didn’t have benefits. Nobody tried to call my insurance to figure out the problem. I sat in office called my insurance provider to get the same information I had been providing for the lady 39 minutes to the lady in the front. For her to slam the paper down and say see this what it says no benefits can be verified. Only to discover she had been spelling my name incorrectly the entire time. Then instead of attempting to her mistake she continues to blame everyone but herself. No apology no nothing just excuses and attitude. I end up walking out because the attitude was not caused for when I only wanted to get my contact fitting completed. I would not recommend this place to anyone the office staff is pure rude.

I had a lovely experience at the Tacoma Mall location recently. I returned to Pearle Vision after researching some alternate try at home options provided through my insurance. I found this experience lacking and since I have a strong eyeglass prescription I felt I would be better served with 1:1 attention of a professional. I am so happy I made this decision. I was greeted at the door, as I always have been but it never stops being refreshing having people acknowledge when you walk in. Chesatie, the extremely professional and classy store manager assisted me. She collected my insurance information, documented a few scenarios based on my insurance options and I was off and running. I felt comfortable seeking her assistance with my style selection (do to her knowledge and genuine interest in helping me find what I needed to be happy), I couldn't have asked for more. I was happy and relieved to spend my money and have my eyeglass order placed. Thank you to the entire team for a very pleasant experience.
