I visited Dr Vu at ECO looking to see if the treatment for Vertical Heterophoria might work for me. She was very thorough in our first session. She really took the time to listen to me describe my symptoms and was genuinely concerned about finding a way to reduce them. Thanks to her knowledge and effort, my quality of life has drastically improved by wearing the lenses she prescribed. She’s a lovely and caring Dr and I highly recommend her. Thank you, Dr Vu, for what you do!

I have been a patient at Boise Vision Care for 8 years, and they truly stand out as the best. Wait times are minimal, all the doctors are exceptional, and their thorough explanations ensure a comfortable experience. The entire staff, including the front desk, technicians, and opticians, is not only friendly but also incredibly knowledgeable and skilled. Boise Vision Care is a reliable choice for eye care, and I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Dr. Fedoriw and his staff are very professional while making you feel comfortable. The exam process is extremely thorough. As a migraine sufferer, my life has been completely changed by the neurolense. I have nothing but great things to say about the office!

The billing department is very rude and unprofessional. I asked to resubmit my claim electronically from February 2023 with my insurance but the account manager refuse to do it. They keep submitting it by mail which doesn't work with my insurance. They made a mistake with my phisical address in my profile so I never even received the bills. Very dissapointed

My physician is fantastic at Florida Eye Specialists, and I am confident I have received excellent care. The staff is very friendly too. The part that I don’t like is the very long wait times for follow up appointments. My first follow up after surgery was a wait time of an hour. Today was my second follow up and I waited TWO hours before I saw the doctor. While I understand emergencies happen, this appears to be the standard there. Surely there is a more respectful way to schedule patients.

Appointment, exam and help to select a pair of glasses was great. I picked up my glasses yesterday I tried them on and they were fine. However, when I got home I realized that I didn’t receive a small cloth to wipe my lenses. This morning my son stopped in on his way to school to request a cloth and or some wipes for my lenses and was told that my insurance doesn’t cover those items. I have calviva insurance and appreciate and am thankful for it. But Honestly, no lens care cloth or wipes for my new glasses?

From the first call I could tell this office was top quality. The ladies at the front desk are welcoming and communicative, also very helpful with any questions I had. I am so appreciative they were able to get me in as quickly as they did considering I needed new contacts. I was impressed with Dr. Forgues and his assistant, Gabe. The technology is current and the explanations behind any questions I asked were easy to understand and thorough. Very happy to be seen as a patient here !

Very dissatisfied and disappointed with this doctor. My 79 year old grandpa went in for cataract surgery for each eye, at separate times. After the first and second surgery his vision only improved slightly. Turns out they had they took the wrong measurements and put the wrong lens in both eyes. So my grandpa is left with two choices, have two more surgeries with the correct lens, or wear very strong prescription glasses for the rest of his life. When my mother took my grandpa in, Dr. Daynes never acknowledged it was wrong and informed he wasn’t a candidate for the corrective surgery. Wouldn’t recommend this doctor.
