I have been going to this location for about 8 years. I have always had a great experience. Dr. Fox always listens and gives recommendations based on what your actually going through. I have recommended not just Dr. Fox, but, the practice as a whole to many people. Great practice with great nurses, doctors and staff.

Great experience! It’s the second time my husband and I came for an eye-exam, as well as buying new glasses. Customer service is phenomenal!

Remmel Opticians have been making my glasses for many years. The staff is very friendly and helpful. When the topic of glasses comes up with friends and coworkers, I always praise Remmel Opticians for being a great place to have glasses made.

Today was my first visit to Focal Point. Everyone who worked with me was friendly and efficient. They were careful to explain all my options to me. Dr. Blood-White was personable and professional. The visit was almost conversational—not the typical doctor lecturing the patient. There was no high-pressure sales pitch in the optical shop. I left armed with good information regarding my options so I can make a thoughtful decision. I'm happy to have found Focal Point for my eyecare needs.

I stopped by to take a quick look and consider buying new eyeglasses. I didn’t have all of my insurance information readily available. Susan was officious, perfunctory and had an unpleasant attitude. I did not feel welcomed and felt like I was more trouble than she was willing to accept. Once she realized she could be losing a new customer when I politely made an effort to leave, she tried a little harder. I will not be back and will seek another more welcoming optical shop for my purchase.

I would rate zero stars if I could, my experience with this Costco optometry department was misleading and frustrating. I started by calling and asking if they took my insurance, and I was told they did. Later, after spending 30 minutes on the phone trying to schedule an appointment, where I went back and forth on insurance with the receptionist, she told me I was not listed as a dependent. I told her that I would figure it out with my dependent and made the appointment. At this point in time, she could have told me that the independent optometrist did not take my insurance, and instead let me believe that they did take my insurance. I scheduled the appointment and confirmed I was a dependent, and the day I showed up to my appointment I was told they don’t take my insurance but they could give me an itemized list to be reimbursed by my insurance. They assured me they had done this before and made it sound like a sure thing my insurance would reimburse me. At this point, I knew the chances of reimbursement were slim, but decided to stay because the exam wasn’t too expensive and I was already there. I left afterwards without ordering contacts because I did not think the optometry department took my insurance either. Another family member called that day and they did the same thing to her. They made it sound like both the optometry department and independent optometrist took our insurance, and then once she asked clarifying questions they told her that only Costco optometry department took that insurance because the optometrist was an independent contractor. Fast forward to today, I went to use my insurance to buy contacts because they had said the optometry department itself takes my insurance, only to be told once I got there that they don’t take my insurance and that “maybe the independent optometrist does.” I have never had an experience with an eye doctor be so confusing and misleading. The actual optometrist was great though, so if you can figure out the insurance bit and they don’t lie to you then I would recommend.

The eye doctors and staff are very thorough and professional. Plus my kids like it there too. They have quick in and out appointments wwith secretary that goes out of the way to look for your insurance coverage. 5 stars.

My husband and I have known Dr. Thach for many years, I must say that she is one of the best and most creative ophthalmologists, meeting her gives me a very good feeling, because she is very calm and patient and listens carefully to the patient. During the treatment, the tests are done very carefully and completely by his colleagues. In my opinion, treating the patient well is very effective in treatment, And this is one of Dr. Thach's characteristics, I wish Dr. Thach and his colleagues more and more success,🙏

I needed to get fitted for a new brand of contacts since my prescription was discontinued in my old brand. I’ve been in the office twice, for some reason got two different optometrists. Second time, the tool they use to find your prescription was filthy, so greasy I could hardly see out of it. They gave me three trial pairs I cannot see out of. I haven’t been able to see for over three months. I’ve called their office to never receive a call back. I tried to get a refund for the manager to tell me “we never do refunds” and to “come back to the office” despite what I told her, including that they can’t seem to fit me right or call me back. She tried to say “you paid $80” like it was nothing and I told her I’m unemployed and $80 is a lot! Wow. I agreed to come back in the office only to be hung up on upon her transferring my call. I’m done with this place, I’ll never go back. They don’t care about their customers, clearly.
