Dr Hans was very knowledgeable. He listened to all my concerns and gave me great advice and feedback. Heather, at the front desk was very kind, knowledgeable and professional. I was nervous coming in for an eye exam but I left feeling comfortable and relieved. It’s hard to find good service now a days, but I found is at The Jericho location. Thank you!

My experience here was great! Everyone was so nice and the prices were even lower than Walmart for contact lenses. The eye exam was more thorough than other places I visited before. Defenitely recommend it

Dr. Becker is an incredible doctor. I've had the pleasure of having her as one of my physicians since I was a child. She's calm, funny and always able to put my worries at ease. I highly recommend her for any eye care needs. The staff is friendly and patient. In particular, Joe is phenomenal when taking care of my contacts. Depending on the day/time of your appointment, it can be busy, but I think her services are worth the wait!

I love Dr. Becker!! I have been going to her for years. She is very professional and amazing at what she does! She is very patient, thorough, gives you the time that you deserve, and efficient. The staff is so great and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this practice if you are looking for a great and reliable eye doctor.

Dr. Thomas was a great help with providing answers to any questions I had when asking before or after the procedures she would perform. The rest of the Hicksville Optical staff was also very helpful in making sure I had a seamless in and out process all in the while off providing optimal care! My prescription was renewed on a Tuesday and two days after my new glasses came through. Overall, quality service and very efficient timing and would highly recommend to anybody in the area!

Hicksville Optical is a very friendly and makes it very comfortable for a patient/customer to help understand your eye care and makes sure you are matched with a perfect pair of glasses or contacts during your doctors visit or follow up there. The best part of my visit was a very friendly staff which put a smile to my face after I had a long day at work and since I was running late from work they accommodated me very patiently. My family comes here and will continue to do so always. I’m thankful for them here. 😊
