Cindy was absolutely great to work with. She set up my annual exam and the return time on my new glasses so fast.

Dr Eisenberg and the team at NSOG were great. They took the time to explain each of the tests, recommended the best lenses and frames and reassured any follow-up care. Easy parking and the suite was modern and bright. They waited on me promptly after the exam to help select frames and get measured properly.

Dr. Rosa is beyond amazing!! Her bedside manner is exceptional. Dr. Rosa takes her time with you and explains very thoroughly. The office staff is just as amazing as well. The office is very clean, and comfortable. Also, there is no long wait time as well.

My husband and I have been under the care of Dr. Rose for the past fourteen years. She and her staff are always delightful, caring, and professional. And stays up to date with all new technology.

From “hello how can we help” great office!!!! Phenomenal staff and even more awesome Dr. Kligman. The Doctor took time to explain step by step and in layman’s terms not using medical terminology and in a language other than English to be clearly understood. The nurse patient and gentle beyond words and the office admin precise with instructions. Overall everyone very attentive and kind. 10+, A++

Dr Kligman did all my cataract and other related surgeries He is a caring and pleasant man and I felt comfortable with him as my Doctor. He answered all my questions. I was pleased with the office staff and the surgery facility. I would recommend him. He is knowledgeable and would explain anything I needed to understand in words that were easy to understand.

I really love the fact that my first appointment was thorough & I was able to ask the questions i needed to ask. Dr.Zimmerman is very efficient & She takes pride in what she does in which i could tell. I appreciate that, especially as a makeup artist, Ive learned its important to listen and understand your clients. Im giving 4 stars off the fact that i do feel they are a bit overpriced with the glasses prices. I brought in my own frames and still had to pay $565, I loved my experience overall. Fast forward to recieving the glasses they did not feel comfortable and were blurry in which ive been wearing them over a week. I thought 1 week would be enough time, Luckily they do remakes so i will be getting one & Hopefully from there ill be okay to work with these glasses. As a makeup artist its vital im able to see up close & I do need to be at my best in order to do my job properly. Thankyou to Dr. Zimmerman for giving me the hope i need to keep trying.

I am truly grateful for the exceptional care and expertise provided by Dr. Cheryl, who played a pivotal role in me overcoming consistent dizzness and balance problems I faced while driving on the highway. It was a terrifying situation that made me hesitant to get behind the wheel again. Seeking help, I was fortunate to come across Dr. Cheryl's name. From my very first appointment, Dr. Cheryl's and the NVC team 's (Deborah and the Optician who crafted my glassess) warm demeanor and genuine concern put me at ease. She took the time to listen attentively to my experiences, asking insightful questions to truly understand the extent of my condition. Her patience and willingness to delve into the details were reassuring, creating an environment where I felt heard and understood. What truly sets Dr. Cheryl apart is her depth of knowledge and the thoroughness with which she approached my case. She conducted a comprehensive assessment, leaving no stone unturned in her pursuit of a diagnosis. The turning point for me came when she corrected my medical glassess, I was finally able to drive on the highway without experiencing any dizziness or balance problems. DR. ZIMMERMAN SAVED MY LIFE!! This is not an exaggeration I was having terrible issues with balance, coordination, dizziness, headaches, and double vision to the point where I couldn’t drive, work, or walk unassisted. I also couldn’t read. This came on suddenly and unexpectedly over the span of a few weeks. I was originally sent to a different Neuro ophthalmologist by my neurologist who couldn’t find out the cause of my double vision but then I was referred to Dr. Zimmerman by my vestibular therapist and Dr. Zimmerman did the most thorough eye exam I have ever had in my life and was able to diagnose my binocular vision disorder and prescribe me prism glasses that instantly boosted my recovery the moment I got my glasses!!! These glasses are life changing!! Within seconds of trying the lenses for the fitting in the office I felt immediate relief of my symptoms! I didn’t want to take them off! Waiting for the lenses to come in was agony! Once the glasses came in, my progress in vestibular therapy increased exponentially and I have continued to exceed expectations. My doctors didn’t think I would be able to fully recover to my full activities. It’s now 7 months later and I feel better than I ever have in my entire life. I can do all of my normal activities, exercise like I used to, and see with a clarity that I have never seen before in my life! It is insane! I’m almost 40 and I never knew the world could look like this! Dr. Zimmerman is out here saving lives!! And the rest of the team is amazing too! Deborah at the front desk has the patience of a saint and always finds a way to fit me in for an appointment. And Heather who does the lens measurements is one of the most amazing people I have ever met in my life!!! She is so sweet and so knowledgeable! I love chatting with her! Also, I didn’t even know all of the tints you can get for glasses! I work in buildings with fluorescent lighting and I get rose tinted lenses which really help with the glare. They also help with driving clarity! Then I have a special purple like tint for my lenses that I use for my computer. Seriously I have never been so excited for glasses in my life. I have so many pairs. Ones for different outfits. Back up pairs. Reading glasses. Sunglasses. And I plan on getting more in the future. Even if you don’t think you may have a type of binocular vision disorder, I still highly recommend the Neuro Visual Center. The best eye exam in the world. The best eye doctors in the world ( I haven’t personally seen Dr. Israeloff but she is amazing too)! Trust me, it will change your life!!! I went in there thinking my life was over. Unable to walk, drive, work, or do anything on my own. Now, just 7 months later, not only am I back to my old routine, I feel and see even better than I have in my entire life. I cannot thank them enough. :)
