I had upper eyelid lift. I wish I would have done it sooner. I look 10 years younger. It was not a shocking change. No one could tell I had it done. They said that I looked well rested. I was ask what I had done different because I looked younger but couldn't put their finger on it. The whole procedure was painless. I am very happy. Dr. Kulak and the whole office staff was very friendly and put me at ease. Dr. Kulak explained the whole process and was never pushy. She took her time with me and I never felt rushed. She is the best.

On 11/13 had an exam and got a prescription got my glasses done and on 11/ 28 got a different prescription by mail I asked why they they couldn't explain I asked to speak with the doctor they always said He's busy. Stay away from this place the service is Lousy.

My mom and I have been coming to this place for over 10 years. The Doc, Jamie and all staff are absolutely wonderful. They go above and beyond to help however they can. Really appreciate them very much.

Such a friendly, welcoming, and humorous staff! Their enthusiastic disposition and homey environment made for an extremely comfortable experience. These people are clearly professionals whose interest is to take good care of you during your visit. Choice is suuuuper flexible as they work with most insurances, meaning I got a top quality eye exam and a pair of Ray-Bans (with a whole slew of add-ons) for a cheap $150 copay! these guys are hard to top, and I can’t recommend Choice Eye Care enough!

The best Opthamologist ever. I had been in many different ones and had issues with all of them with my eyes and glasses except Dr. Farhad . He is caring, honest and the best in his work. Money is his last concern. You can't trust just any doctor with your eyes, but him.

I didn't know the Eye Care group was purchased out by Triangle Vision. I have been going here for over 10 years, and having an eye condition and having to look for a new optometrist is scary. Dr. Kowal was the best optometrist. I've ever had. I found out about this transition when I was calling to get the remaining of my contacts for this year before my benefits reset. Some guy answered when I called the eyecare group in High Point, Rude, gave him my name and number. He stated he was not sure when they would call me back. I was like, they can just email my prescription, and I will get the rest of my contacts lens. " He didn't verify me or anything, and was like ok it will be emailed, and he hung up, didn't get my email address or anything. It's very disheartening, being that I was not aware of this transitioning . No phone call , email, letter, or anything.

My son and husband ordered and paid for 2 pair of Oakley glasses with transition lenses. One pair was ordered and picked up in March and the other was ordered and picked up April neither pair was transition. I called and spoke to someone who placed another order and said it would take about 2 weeks to receive the transition lenses and then I can take the glasses back to get them swapped out. Nothing was done for the inconvenience, gas isn’t free so make sure you receive what you paid for. Have them show you that the lenses transition before you leave the office.
