My Doctor and her staff were nice, friendly and very professional. I told her that I can’t afford to buy designer glasses from their store and she said that she got no problem with it. Right away she’d printed out my prescription. Not like other optometry they will force you to buy your glasses with them.

Dr Jennifer Le was very detailed in explaining what is going on. I felt i was not rushed when she was examining my vision.I expressed my want to try wearing contact lenses and she gave a whole explanation of what would work for me. Very accommodating.

The optometrist that my dad saw was very nice, caring, helpful, and professional. The staff were nice and helpful except the medical assistant who brought my dad back. He was not happy with how she kept telling him to open his eyes wide when he was already doing the best he could. But I completely understand she's doing her job. But on the other hand, my dad was annoyed. My dad is old and disabled. But I will bring my dad back again.

I was looking for a place nearby to repair my daughter's glasses. I didn't have time to trek to Costco like i usually would've. I walked in and received a warm welcome from one staff member. She asked what I needed and I explained. She then handed my daughter's glasses off to another friendly staff member. He took a look at the glasses and said, "I think I can fix these." A few minutes later, mission accomplished. I asked him how much the repair cost and he said there wasn't any cost. I was amazed. Thanks so much for the fantastic service!

I have been a patient at East Hills Vision center for over 10 years. The staff is very patient and provide excellent customer service. The Doctors are all exceptional and care about my vision health. The assortment of designer frames is second to none and provide options in any price range. I would seriously have to be paid to leave this office, they are that wonderful.

I went to East Hills Vision for the first time this year and my appointment was the best experience I ever had in a vision center. The Dr. was pleasant and informative about all my questions on what is the best care for my 50 year old eyes. :) The staff was very nice, patient and polite. You will love it there!!

Went to them for a reglazing job. They said 7-10 days but it took three weeks. They did make an effort to fit the frames to my face even while I was masked.

Great testing tools and wide selection of frames

I've been going here for years and love them! There's hardly a wait time, if at all for my appointments. They've been very helpful in picking out glasses (I'm terrible at figuring out what looks good on my face) and the doctors are personable and friendly. I would definitely recommend them.

Very courteous employees. Helped me with unblocking my glasses with my insurance company. Helped place my order by even staying open after hours. Would definitely recommend!
