My husband and I just moved to the area and needed a new eye doctor. After calling around, Allison Eye Care had the most attentive and welcoming office staff to make appointments. The doctors and all the staff there are very friendly, informative, and great to work with! And our glasses came in quickly. I would highly recommend Allison Eye Care for all your eye care needs!

Dr. Layton and her staff are a pleasure to work with! Excellent service all the way around. She takes the time to explain her results, and does so in a friendly, courteous manner. Her staff are friendly, courteous and helpful! Highly recommend!

This is our 2nd year going to Dr.Goh and Golden Eyecare. We both love Dr.Goh! I have been in glasses since I was 5. I went to the same doctor for 30 years till he retired. For whatever reason the doctors I went to could not get my prescription done correctly. Dr Goh told me my prescription had changed a lot, I told her NO, the 3 doctors I had seen before her in Texas never got it right. Her staff is great, explains the charges and your insurance. I get my glasses made there, as I know they will be checked for accuracy when they come in. Dr. Goh is the best!

I’m still shocked how professional, how personable everyone was from the awesome receptionist to the end with Dr Ponugoti. The knowledge, warmth, patience etc with Dr Ponugoti was above what I ever expected. The receptionist, plus an amazing nurse, plus Dr Gill, then William the office manager was far beyond expectations also. Such a wonderful GENUINELY CARING group! There are no words that describe the difference between The Eye Center & “that other place.” Another review stated very bad experience with “the other place.” I understand, as was a nightmare with me also. I can’t thank them enough at The Eye Center of Ft Wayne. So anxious for my next visit!

Very friendly staff! Clean environment! Pleasant waiting area. Never a very long wait period! Through exams with easy explanations so everyone understands what’s going on/happening. Would definitely recommend Dr.Pritchett eye care to everyone! Kid friendly as well.

Always a pleasant experience and you are treated well from the moment you walk in until leaving. And as someone on CareSource, this office has continued to accept this insurance when so many other medical offices have dropped it. I am grateful for this business!

I totally agree with the other customers. The optometrist was efficient and professional. The front staff, especially the girl helping with glass selections, had an attitude. She could care less if you were there or not. Her demeanor was off putting, enough for me to take my business elsewhere. Trust me, you do not want to deal with someone who behaved as though she was a queen bestowing her favors on you. If they got rid of Jazmin and Eric the assistant, they would get a 5. Your front staff represents you...a very important factor.

We love Dr. Leigh! My husband and I both go here for our annual eye health appointments and they give us our updated prescriptions and we can order contacts or glasses from wherever we want! I save so much money compared to the eye care center I used to go to that also sold the contacts/glasses we needed.
