I recently visited the Image Eyecare Optometry clinic for a comprehensive eye exam, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The optometrist took the time to explain each step of the exam, making me feel at ease throughout the process. The quality of care was top-notch, and I left with a clear understanding of my eye health. Plus, the pricing was competitive, offering fantastic value for the exceptional service provided.

What a great experience from check-in to getting my new glasses. A wonderful group of people that took me through step by step about my eye care and were very helpful in guiding me to getting my new Eyewear. Busy office but, also attentive to each individuals needs. Thank you for making my new eyeglass shopping/ purchase and eye checkup a relaxing and informative visit.

I am pleasantly surprised to experience such an outstanding service from the doctor and the staff. I am particularly grateful for Dr. Yandell. She took special care and time to review with me the result of my eye exam as well as provided me tips and other eye health maintenance they offer. Joanna and Frances were helpful, amicable, professional and were quite knowledgeable. I highly recommend the Optical Illusions at Santana Row.

I went to the shop for refraction and a pair of glasses, the glasses turned out great, and the staff and doctor were very kind. However, there is one thing fishy about this place: they will not only do refraction and glasses for you, which is covered under VSP, but they will also insist doing extra eye exams and scans, which they will put on your medical insurance. My understanding is that this is how they make money, because my insurance company sent me a surprise bill of an extra couple hundred dollars. Some of the extra scans are even performed after my conversation with the doctor, and I do not even know what they are for. So, beware, you should at least turn down services that you don’t need. Do not provide your medical insurance card to them. You only need to provide them your vision insurance information like VSP.

I’ve been coming to Dr. Christine Yang for over a year now and it is always a pleasant, laidback and informative experience. She is so personable and I always have a fun time (even at an eye appointment, yes). She takes her time to throughly explain any questions or concerns I have. Highly recommend!

The office staff was very friendly and helpful, never pressured me to buy anything, and made me feel very comfortable. Doctor Jessica Clark was amazing. She explained everything she was doing, as well as what she was seeing. I've been to multiple eye doctors over the past 20 years trying to find someone I felt was knowledgeable and trustworthy, but have had no luck until now. Dr. Clark was the first doctor who could explain my symptoms and provide any helpful suggestions. I would highly recommend Branham Family Eye Care to anyone looking for a friendly, professional, and informed eye care team.

Everything was fine up until my glasses came in and were ready for pick up. I had asked for transitions, they said there was a mixup the day of my appointment (three weeks prior) and still went ahead with the wrong order. Not sure why they wouldn’t have called telling the company making the lenses explaining their mixup and setting it straight. So BFEC calls me to tell me that my glasses are in but they are not the transitions and that if I still want them there is an additional fee..another $300. Clearly they do not own up to their mistakes a will definitely up charge you. My wife had some issues when she picked up her glasses a couple years ago too. We’re done, time to find a new place for eye care😡

I don’t like to leave negative reviews, but the eye doctor did not provide me the care that I needed for my Son. Dr. Chow saw my son, and as he entered the room I could tell from that moment that it wasn't a welcoming environment as it was pleasant when we arrived and checked in. The doctor was running late and rushed the exam. He wasn’t professional about the explanation of my son’s prescription when I asked multiple questions. He seemed stressed from the moment we saw him, and it made my son as well as myself as a parent uneasy. It was my first time going to a private eye doctor, and the care that was provided was worse than going to Costco or Walmart. I would not recommend this office for a simple exam for glasses. The staff was friendly and welcoming, but the doctor needs to learn to take his time and be professional. The reason going to a private office for my son was crucial, and all we received was a fast paced exam with no professionalism. We will not be coming back as well as my company colleagues since we just got a new vision insurance company through V S P.
