My husband and I saw Dr. Choi. She has a wonderfully kind bedside manner and she spent time answering all our questions. Anthony helped us select our new glasses and his customer service was exceptional. He was patient, helpful, and just so lovely to work with. We drive to Bethel Eyecare from Cumming and have been very happy with the eye care we continue to receive.

I had my eye exam at Exeter Eye Associates in Boston today. The online appointment booking was easy, the visit started right on time, and the exam itself felt thorough and professional. However, before scheduling, I had called to confirm the cost of the contact lens fitting and was told it would be between $60–$80. At checkout, I was charged $110, and when I asked, the receptionist curtly said it’s always $110. That lack of transparency and tone were disappointing, even though the rest of the experience was smooth.

Of any eye doctor I have ever been to, I have found that Dr. Spitler is the most thorough. He takes his time with me and always answers my questions. His office staff is personable, friendly and awesome at picking out frames. They are very helpful at the insurance and financial aspects as well. I highly recommend Viewpoint Vision.

I went there yesterday, my glasses were cracked. Amy was very sweet! She has great customer service! A very good listener too! She has many talents ! We have a lot in common! I appreciate a real person! There's nothing better than talking to a employee like a Friend instead of a receptionist! I look forward to seeing her again! Dr. Matt isn't that bad either!👍

Very unhappy with the service they provide. I was not notified my contacts were ready for pickup and quite some time passed. I finally called requesting a refund however they denied it because “it would be our loss.” As someone who’s worked in retail sometimes you have to take the loss for good customer service. Very disappointed.

I enjoy thrifting and brought my unique frames finds to Tom. I prefer glass lenses, he and his team made it work! Fair regard, they are not responsible for any damages to outsourced frames. That gamble being said, I'm very grateful to the marvelous team. I absolutely love my glasse and wholeheartedly recommend Focus Optical!

He is awful. I will never go here again. My eye was swollen and red. He didn’t help or prescribe me anything besides otc stuff. I went to another specialist and they knew exactly what was wrong with my eye. Do not go here.
