Came here for first time about a month ago. The service was no frills but efficient. The staff have as much info an attention as needed. The Doctor as friendly and professional as possible as one would expect. If I was ask to offer up a place to get your eyewear form would be the place.

During his exam he was asked if he wanted to do tale an image of his eye, my son is scared of going to the Doctors and declined, however during his eye exam with Dr To, she remembered that he likes Pokémon and brought him a Pokémon card. Her soft and gentle voice earned my son's trust and she asked if he wanted to try to take the image and my son agreed on his own. He said she is nice, this is the first time he has ever made the decision on his own and I appreciate Dr. To for her great service and staff.

I was so overwhelmed when my 2 year old daughter needed glasses. I am so thankful our pediatric ophthalmologist recommended Kinderspecs. They were able to show me options that fit her correctly and looked cute. They have a great selection of frames for children. Linda cut the lenses there and offered to make them thinner so my daughter's long eyelashes wouldn't touch the lenses. They are professional, kind, and lots of fun! My daughter and I both enjoyed our visit there and ended up going back for her second set a month later. I'm so thankful for their warranty too...we ended up using it for both pairs of glasses.

This is regarding their receptionists. They have absolutely horrific attitude toward their patients. I felt disrespected and judged for asking the simplest questions like how long of a wait or directions to the restroom.

They are a direct VSP optometrist! Got my eyes checked and got new glasses today and the entire process was streamlined and easy. They recently also opened so they have all the latest technology. The optometrist was friendly and explained everything to me in great detail. Highly recommend!

It's so hard to find FANTASTIC care in the medical world now days.....NOT THE CASE HERE! You are greeted with joyful staff, a beautiful reception/waiting area, comfortable seating, and a doctor that ACTUALLY cares about YOU not just your business. She also has a beautiful waiting room for children. She actually took the time and space to give kids and their care givers a beautiful waiting area that's functional and comfortable! I'm blown away by Dr. Ghada and her compassion and desire to see me well and whole. Her whole office is set up to make me feel welcome and at ease. She has a wide range of frames and styles. If I can't find something that I like she goes above and beyond to help me find the right frames. Her turn around for frames, contacts and repairs are super fast. You just have to come in and see her and her staff. You won't be disappointed....unless you like mean, dull offices.

Dr. Toni Reed and her staff are unbelievably kind and do their utmost to make sure patients feel welcome and taken care of. I highly recommend them for all of your eye care needs. Top notch!

Dr. Lo and his team at the Hacienda Heights location are wonderful. They are patient and profession in their service. The exams are thorough and Dr. Lo takes time to explain all aspects of the exam. There is a wide selection of eyewear and the staff is very helpful supporting your needs. My family and I have been patients of Dr Lo for a few years and always enjoy our experience. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr Lo and his team!

5 star service and a very clean shop. New Eyes fixed my brothers glasses within 30 minutes. I recommend New Eyes optical to everyone. He has so many different styles in stock. The selection of sunglasses is amazing! I will be ordering my contacts through them as well. Shop HERE, You do not get service like this anywhere else.
