Seems like a great place.. I called three times unfortunately, received three sets of information to be notified there would be no appointments going forward to the end of this month. Having foregone other opportunities elsewhere to get my child in, this was not the response I expected. Maybe a bit more communication amongst staff would be helpful. For some reason I was asked which insurance carrier I had first. Maybe that dictates availability here. My time is also valuable and need also warranted. Neither were respected or acknowledged. A systems upgrade only affects the systems...

Everyone in this is office is such a pleasure to speak too. They're extremely king. Dr. Trainer always explains everything thing with great detail. I have been coming here for almost 4 years now & I do not think I will go to another office.

Been going to Dr.Cepeda for 20+ years since I’ve been a child. He is great and definitely makes sure your eyes are good! Habla Español (Him and his whole team) Reception ladies are awesome as well. Turn around for contacts/glasses is like a week or two depends on what day of the week you go. In the heart of the East Side as well, good location, can get tacos or visit Target after.

I had the pleasure of interacting with an exceptionally professional, friendly, and helpful staff who assisted me in finding the best available glasses. They all greeted me with warm, friendly smiles.

I had the last appointment of the day on a Friday and Dr Nakano took extra time and went above and beyond to make sure I understood the different options for improving my vision. I don’t think I’ve ever had an optometrist take such a proactive approach. This practice is an example for every Bay Area doctor to take note!

Dr Shinmori and her Team are excellent care professionals. They are highly qualified, extremely organized and very efficient. I’m very impressed with the vision care they have given me over the past 20+ years.

The tech and optometrist were both friendly and professional. Brittany the optometrist explained the digital image of my eye very well. Nice selection of frames. Happy with how my glasses turned out.
