If you want a competent optometrist who is very, very good at her craft, she is your person. If you want someone who will listen carefully to your ailments, and then ask well thought-out questions, she is your person. If you want someone who will patiently listen and address YOUR problems, she is your person. She you want someone who really cares, she is your person. I entrust her to the closest relative I love, and I confidently recommend her to anyone.

THE PHONE SYSTEM IS RIDICULOUS!!! I WAITED 20 MIN IN QUE POSITION ONE ONLY TO GET A FORCED VOICEMAIL ON ME THEN I CALLED RIGHT BACK AND WAS IN QUE POSITION 3 ?!?!?! I saw a doctor here regarding an eye stye that turned into a sebaceous cyst that I've had for OVER 10 YEARS and she basically accused me of lying on how long it's been there saying well why didn't you take care of it then? Like lady, it was the least of my worries for the last 10+ years and wasnt affecting my vision and I'm here now so please fix it! she told me to warm compress it 4x a day 😑 like me doing it 2x a day over the last 10-15 years wouldn't have gotten rid of it😑 anyway, I'm going to make another appt to hopefully get it fixed this time.. it's all about $$$ .... will update after.

My dog Odison came for a visit and he’s not a people person and they worked well to make sure they weren’t pressuring him too much and made sure he was comfortable. They were very nice and helped in the best way they can. Highly recommend!

I have received great care at Vision Care Ophthamology. Dr. Megan is thorough, kind, and patient. She is a skilled doctor and helped me see way better with my new glasses with prisms. I appreciate her and her staff. Thank you Dr. Megan!

My husband Nick and I have been patients of Dr. Goldstein and received Lasik Surgery from him. After getting a referral from his cousin, Nick received Lasik surgery by Dr. Goldstein in winter of 2021. His main concern is that he was in extreme pain during his surgery and felt as though he was not given not enough medication ratio to his weight. For reference, Nick is 6’5 and 300+ pounds. On the other hand, my surgery in summer of 2022 went smooth. Then about 20-minutes after the procedure, it literally felt like sandpaper was scraping my eyeballs. I truly was in a lot of pain. I know everyone’s pain tolerance varies. My concern is that I was not prepared on how painful it could have potentially been and would have better prepared myself not only mentally, but physically. Finally, since my procedure I’ve become extremely sensitive to light (which is common) and was refused an exemption certificate/letter. The receptionist stated: since they didn’t have records that I had light sensitivity “before” my surgery….. Well, I most certainly do now and don’t understand why this request is difficult. As my primary doctor told me to ask my optometrist. With these issues aside, the facility was clean, the staff was friendly, and I typically didn’t wait long for visits. With the exception of my last visit; where I waited for nearly 40 minutes before seeing the doctor. These issues may seem minuscule to some. However, we feel as though our needs were not met. We paid about $8,500+ between both of our surgeries. I don’t take this mediocre review lightly. I don’t leave many reviews and enjoy leaving positive ones. Yet, before you go spending $8,500+, time, resources, and most importantly, your eyes. Perhaps consider shopping around first.

Don’t listen to the reviews, I’m glad I didn’t. They’re very efficient and welcoming. I had a medical eye emergency and although they were booked they fit me in, took care of me, and had me in and out. Thank goodness I didn’t listen to the reviews, I would’ve missed out on a great place

I had not gotten my eyes checked in 4 years. Dr Gilbert was very personable and made me felt like I had my annual eye check every year. No pressure to getting glasses. The process for picking out my glasses was tailored for me. No rush and I did appreciate Tiffany (I think that's her name) attentive and patience. Excellent process. Thank you for your help. The price may be on a high end but I won't be changing my glasses foe 3-4 years so they were good investment.

Dr. David T. Keira is one of the compassionate & caring eye surgeons that I know. He & his team did an absolutely fantastic removal of my cataract on my right eye & added the lens so now I don't need glasses for distance anymore. Thank you Dr. Kira!!!

I cannot rave enough about my experience at IQ and everyone on staff! They were all truly amazing! Dr. Barrion was such a wonderful surgeon! If you are hesitant about getting laser eye surgery, don’t be! You will be taken care of from the moment you walk in to the minute you walk out. Recovery is such a breeze, I was amazed and how quickly I saw results (literally)! Thank you to everyone at IQ you all are simply the best!!

The Doc and her staff staff were great! They made my exam and getting glasses and contacts quick and straight forward. Great visit.
