Alejandro is THE BEST!!! I have been putting off buying glasses for months because of how stressful and overwhelming the process can be. Alejandro was incredibly helpful, friendly and kind making this the best glasses-buying experience I have ever had! I was in and out in a breeze. I am so thrilled with how effortless and easy he made the whole experience.

I am always so impressed with the selection and service at City Optometry. Everyone I've interacted with there has been very friendly and professional. At my last couple of visits, Alejandro very patiently helped me pick out glasses and sunglasses and did an incredible job reading me and my style and figuring out what to purchase. As a very indecisive shopper, it was very helpful and it felt like a very "high end" experience, which I don't expect when picking out glasses. He made me realize that helping someone pick frames is an art form, one he is very talented at! I highly recommend this place if you want full service treatment and a positive experience!

During our visit to SF from Belgium my daughter lost a screw on her glasses. These friendly gentlemen where so kind to help us out.

Dr. Jennifer is professional and warm with an attention for detail and refreshing sense of humor that will put you at ease. She is genuinely dedicated and a master of her craft. All staff are friendly and welcoming. So glad I came in that day. What a great surprise!

Wow!!! I’m still in awe of the professionalism and kindness that I was shown upon my first visit to Dr. Jennifer Wong at Site for Sore Eyes in SF Sutter location. I first met Becky who was very kind and made me feel right at home. Becky asked me what I needed to get handled during my visit. Becky put together an awesome, detailed estimate for me with my insurance deductible included while I waited for my eye exam. After meeting the fantastic and amazing Dr. Wong, I was truly in awe with how kind and knowledgeable she is. She has an amazing sense of humor and makes you feel like you are being cared for. After my exam, I met with Becky one more time to get my order in. Becky is an amazing person. Very articulate, professional, and funny. Thank you all that work at this location. You are all amazing, wonderful people and I am so glad I got to spend moment with you. :)

We come from Belgium and during our travel around the world, our son broke his glasses. Although working by appointment, the staff welcomed us like regular customers. They offered us different repair options and the staff was very professional! We are extremely grateful for the service provided!

I couldn't of had a better experience. If I could rate above a 5, i would. I was in a complete bind. Traveling from out of town on a business trip and left my glasses on the plane. I stopped in that morning and the entire staff was great. They assisted in every way and was able to get me new glasses within a couple hours. I want to thank James and Dr. Lam for everything. If I lived in San Francisco, this would be my go to place.

We scheduled our appointment ~4 months in advance. Two weeks before our appointment, we received a phone call canceling our appointment and rebooking for ~3 months after our scheduled appointment. We had booked flights and made plans around our appointment only to be told the doctor had a conference to attend and was not available during our scheduled appointment. Two weeks notice before the appointment. This practice is mismanaged; we will not be seeing a doctor who cares so little about her patients. I wouldn’t waste your time with this doctor.
