Got a call my son's glasses were ready for pick up on Friday. Came in today ( Monday ). Drove from all the way across town. And then when I get there they say it was a mistake. Took off work early and drove 20 miles to be told it was a mistake. Unbelievable.

Wow, what amazing service! Dr. McMahon and his staff are incredibly helpful and very professional. I am extremely near sighted, and wear mono contact lenses, so when my former optometrist retired from Envision Optics, they told me that they no longer could care for me as a patient. I was fortunate enough to find that Eye World specializes in complex prescriptions, and they accepted my insurance. I’ll most certainly will be bringing my daughter and husband here for their eye exams. Recommended! 5/5.

I love this Opthamology practice. I have always been treated with both compassion and utmost professionalism. Very happy with COVID precautions taken at all points of care. Dr. Brignola was thorough and thoughtful and began a new plan of care which I was very much in need of.

Dr Wise is a awesome Eye Doctor the receptionist heavyset, white woman with brown hair. Super rude. Do not care for minority people. Do not like helping them at all.

The service was professional and staff was polite and caring. I am a new patient and they made me feel comfortable with the process. They did what was necessary but didn’t run unnecessary test. I will definitely make this my new vision care facility. A friend recommended Dr. Santos and I’m glad she did.

Dr. Griffin provided very informative information in regard to my visit and upcoming appointment. Dr. Griffin explained glaucoma and advised to continue current medications until next appointment. The staff was very nice and professional. I was very comfortable.

I went to Complete Eye Care knowing I would be needing cataract removal in both eyes. My anxiety level was high to say the least. Dr. Waters, Andrea, and the entire staff were professional, and friendly. They did their best to alleviate my anxiety and concerns about the surgery which made a big difference. Aftercare has been handled with the same care. Definitely would recommend Complete Eye Care to others.

Dr Patel was amazing!!! Answered all of my questions about my eye health concerns. The staff was super polite and Mrs. Dawn is such a sweetheart!! I bring my kids to this location and this was my FIRST time here for myself. Overall a wonderful experience!! Love this location!

This place is amazing! The staffs working there were very pleasant and friendly. They helped me pick out a nice sunglasses frame and adjusted it to fit perfectly to my face. I always take my glasses there to get it fitted and also to add lenses that fit my prescription. The staffs there have always been attentive to me and kind to me. Highly recommend La Palma Optical! 10/10!
