I'm honestly sad that I left SF because I love Dr. Tom so much. I saw him for the 3 years I lived there. He was always personable, nice, and we had the best conversations. He was also the best eye doctor to explain to me in simple terms what was actually going on with my eyes.

The staff at this location were absolutely brilliant. Theresa was thorough and straight to the point. The support staff were kind and funny, and super helpful in explaining my benefits and how best to utilize them. Great experience!

Hailey was great, she done a great job of giving me my different options, she made it completely understandable for me, I'll be sending friends and hopefully they'll get Hailey but I'm sure your other staff is as helpful as her. 😊 Opps and the Doctor was very thorough and knowledgeable also, I have health issues and she was very concerned about my eyes heart and diabetes issues also and I actually learned a few things from her. Thanks again staff.

I left and came back because Dr. Lam is very good. However, the staff at the Stonestown location are not professional. This time they wiped my glasses with paper towels and scratched the coating, and the front staff were engaged in a conversation with each other and made me feel like I was interrupting them when I wanted to check out. The first time I left this office because the front staff were inattentive and someone who I think was a manager was loudly berating another staff member. It's a toxic workplace.

Super friendly staff. I got my new glasses in an hour. I was helped by Anita, who was very professional with working with my insurance. They have a wide selection of styles within my price range. I will definitely recommend to all my loved ones to stop in.

If you want anything eyes related, look no further! Anita is hands down the best person you’ll ever meet, period! She has such a warm presence, takes insanely good care of her customers, and ensures you’ll be super satisfied with the service/purchase! Her staff members are amazing, very nice and welcoming! I’ve known her for more than 12 years even before she took ownership of that store, and I couldn’t be happier when I learned that she has her own store now! Go there and see for yourself!

After 2 years of not visiting an optometrist I finally pulled the trigger and called around a few offices with good reviews. Sea Cliff Optometry was the only place that answered the phone and was able to fit me in within a week. The entire experience was phenomenal, starting with the friendly and helpful staff. My appointment with Dr Lam was very efficient - she also made time to patiently answer all the questions I had about my RX, best practices, etc.!
