From our very first interaction, Dr. Moll was exceptionally professional, caring, and compassionate. She explained a serious condition with clarity, patience, and genuine empathy, making sure we understood every step and felt supported throughout the process. The surgery she performed has truly been LIFE-CHANGING for our child, and we are beyond grateful for her skill, dedication, and calm presence during such a stressful time. She treated our child and our family with respect and kindness, and we always felt that we were in the best possible hands. Thank you!

Worthless for my 86 year old mother. They won't answer the phone! Get put on hold for 20 minutes and FINALLY get a chance to leave a voicemail...and they never call back. They messed up TWO of her scheduled surgery appointments. My brother and I are jumping thru hoops to get her there, and "Oh. We'll have to reshedule. We'll call you". Never heard a peep neither time. I had to physically stuff a note in the door (after hours) to get them to call me. They're just an insurance farm and could care less about quality service.

At Dr. Smithhart office, there is this one lady ... I can not recall her name off the top of my head right now, but she is an African American lady and she always handles me and my family with care.! However, Dr. Smithhart is a nonchalant doctor. I really dont think he understand what I am telling him when I say things to him...and he keeps writing down the same prescription down for both of my eyes when they are not the same. I am currently looking for another doctor at the moment; however, I just wanted the world to know or who ever read the reviews how sweet the African American lady is to me. She is amazing! God Bless her!!

Dr Wolfe very polite and professional. Always tells you before he is done seeing you that if you have any problems contact him right away.

This team is the most caring, compassionate team of veterinary care providers you could ask for. They were patient, kind and so accommodating. I would recommend them again and again!!

Excellent professional medical care of my eyes. Followed up with an additional eye exam. Then left a pertinent voicemail telling me all was well! My yearly eye exam will always be with GR Ophthalmology!

Dr Valido is knowledgeable, thorough and engaging. She explained every step of my exam what they entailed and why they were necessary. She’s a very fun doctor to talk with. I left my appointment feeling very good about my eye health.
