Bad customer service!!! I had an appointment and waited over 45 minutes, and when receptionist couldn't answer my question about my wait time, I just left. So unprofessional!! .

Great Dr. good experience after injuring my eye during basketball while wearing contacts!

I love Dr. Li! She is friendly, funny and proficient. I have seen her for years. Earlier this year after cataract surgery I had an exam and glasses provided by a discount provider so that I could save my insurance benefit to see Dr. Le in October. Well I had that exam this month and her exam resulted in a great improvement in my vision. And Nestor, her office manager, always gives me the best advice on frames.

Eyeloha is awesome! Lucinda is soo friendly and loves to get to know you. :) It is a very comfortable office - very laid back.I got my new glasses yesterday and I love them! Lucinda nailed it - I can see!! LOL. The office manager is very nice and helpful as well. I will definitely go back again. Thank you for helping me to see better.

Dr. Li was super sweet & provided great patient care. She was down to earth, funny & nice to chat with. Having recently moved, I’m happy with my choice for my new San Diego eye doctor. Highly recommend!

When people think of eyecare they usually dont think of a mall. However, I was referred there by my primary care doctor. It was easy to find just gotta remember it's in the entrance in the back of the mail near the parking garage. The staff was very friendly. The eye doctor was polite, kind, and she had patience towards me. I definitely recommend them to others.

The staff is really friendly and super knowledgeable about the glasses they sell. Very informative with answering questions. It only loses a star because of the location in the shopping center

Extremely thorough and professional practice. Lovely, helpful, and caring staff. My child’s vision therapy experience with them has been very positive and productive, so far.

The staff works so well together and are so helpful when discussing concerns or asking questions. Everyone that works with my son has been so welcoming and supportive. Dr Hillier and Dr Jay are so insightful. My son is doing so much better since coming to see Dr Hillier.
