I had a very good experience for my first time at this location in Redlands. The doctor I saw was very knowledgeable and friendly. I had several tests done which he explained in detail before each one. The wait time was minimal considering how busy they were.

By far one of the best providers my mother has seen. My mom is a very complicated patient. But Dr. Huang takes his time with her and explains his TX plan. His bedside manner is great. My mother does not feel rushed or brushed off when she see's him.

Had an apt on a Monday. I called Wednesday (before my apt) stating I couldn't see, asked for advice of what I should do. They changed my apt to that same day. I met with Dr. Huang as he did his evaluation he told me he wanted to see me the … More

06/25/2020 😠Was given a run around by the OPTOMETRIST and this for several months! Resulting wrong lenses, they couldn't locate the eyeglasses, and this resulted to someone else's who got the prescription. Always excuses! Contacted the Health Insurance to get refunded for additional $100.00 charges. Won't recommend this place in San Bernardino, Ca. Beside my OWN frame bought sometime ago in Long Beach, Ca. Still can't read with lenses😠Searching another OPTOMETRIST away from San Bernardino, Ca.

I love this place. The staff is super friendly, super helpful, and really knows what they're doing. Also, it's uber clean. Although, i only buy my flasses at Costco, this place has a really decent selection and are affordable.

They are worthless, thankfully my child was referred somewhere else (actually much better hospital) because of their refusal. I hope they shut this place down its practically worthless. Well once the lawsuits start pouring in I can't image them staying open much longer.

I pray God helps my daughter be seen as I was on the waitlist for 6 months and was removed because she is a “new patient” yet my daughter is visually impaired. My daughter has over 6 referrals and she is not even 2 years old but for some reason she can’t be seen at this hospital. So sad how babies born with low vision get no help or maybe it is because I am IEHP no one cares about me or my daughter. Don’t help me HELP my BABY please.

I been also trying to get my daughter Deen for 6 months and they always say they are booked 6 months in advance so to call every day to see if there's anything available. I understand her doctor left but seriously you guys don't have any other doctors. I don't understand how you only have 2 doctors. Loma Linda was about children before but now it's all about money. No longer about care or the patients but rather the numbers and money. Sad and disappointed.
