Peter and the staff here were tremendously helpful. Needed a same day repair on my glasses and Peter got it done in a few hours. Really affordable. Really friendly. Will definitely be going back here next time I need anything eye care related

Kept telling my my replace lenses would be done on a Monday, they pushed it back to 7 days. 10 days from the 7 days still no lenses. Called today to find out one of the staff members canceled my lenses but didn’t say way. This location needs new management to get their act together and cumtomers come first attitude.

Wonderful service. The doctor seems to really know what he's talking about. The staff were polite and helpful. Would come again. Would recommend to a friend too!

Extremely long wait times in the acute clinic. Scheduled appointment in another clinic was over 1 hour behind schedule before canceling and leaving.

Always a great experience from checkin to checkout. They take their time with you and answer questions thoroughly! I have seen Dr Holly and Dr Tim, they are both awesome! I have had several issues with my eyes and truly feel like I’m in excellent hands!!

I am extremely happy with Dr Lapsi, she answers all my questions and explains everything so well. I never feel rushed or ignored. The staff is nice and friendly and the technicians remember their patients and I really liked that!!!

Staff is friendly, but have had issues. First, on multiple occasions I had to call to see if my glasses were in. They did not call me. Second, they made a mistake on my wife's prescription. They corrected the first set of glasses but insurance would not pay for the mistaken prescription. Eye Solutions did end up agreeing to cover the cost of the mistaken prescription but it took 7 months to get the new glasses. Third, my lenses were damaged by medication that I take which took off the coating and made the lenses cloudy. I called to get new lenses just after the 1 year anniversary so I understand that I can't use the 1-year warranty that might have covered the replacement lenses. In addition, however, they are making me get a new exam (literally my prescription is 1 year and 3 weeks old) even though my insurance only covers an exam every 2 years. I would expect a compassionate business would allow me to just order new lenses at my expense, but not make me go through the process of an exam that costs and additional $134 out of pocket. Update: The business contacted me to offer to address my concerns and I really appreciate that. Had a nice conversation with the business owner/ophthalmologist. He is nice and trying to grow a successful new business. I really appreciate the business reaching out to explore my concerns more deeply.

Dr. Kapur does an amazing job with my Eye Injections, I recommend her services and staff to anyone.

Great facility. I always feel heard by the Doctors here. You have to sign in on the kiosk and I don’t like that. Some of the front desk employees are nice and as usual you can get one who’s too busy. But all in all the technicians and my check out person were all great!!

Great place! I had and emergency with debris stuck on my iris and they were able get me an appointment quickly on the same day. Within minutes, the debris was removed with zero pain. I feel much better and will definitely be switching over to their services. Thank you!
