this place was rude and discriminatory towards my sister who is handicap. She has cerebral palsy and doesn't move like normal, but she can be still with assistance. they REFUSED to provide her service and didn't bother to apologize or explain. they just looked at her and said nope! shame on this place!

This has been the best optometrist I have gone to! The staff is great! Very sweet and friendly, and their glasses selection is AMAZING !

My appointment last week was great. The gentleman that took care of me initially, I believe his name was Fernando. He was very knowledgeable & informative. I really appreciated the manner in which he went into detail. Definitely a real asset to Eye Care of San Diego. Congratulations

I have been a patient of Dr. Philip Taunton for over ten years. He is an excellent optometrist, with a gentle and kind bedside manner, but more importantly, with impeccable skills in correctly testing, identifying, and prescribing eye-corrections for those needing glasses and or contacts. Additionally, the staff and other providers are top notch.

Dr. Bokosky and his staff provided a complete and thorough eye exam. Everything was fully explained in great detail. While I had been going to another eye doctor each and every year, Dr. Bokosky pointed out things about my eyes (both good and some not so good) of which I was unaware. I would highly recommend him for anyone looking for an eye doctor or looking to find a new eye doctor.

Staff was very attentive and friendly. With an abundance of vintage frames and lens color options there is something for everyone. I could not be anymore happy with my experience and I wear my sunglasses daily. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a pair of unique glasses that compliments their own personal style.

I have endless good things to say about Revival. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by one of their sales reps, Vanessa, who was an absolute delight to work with. She took me through the process of trying on dozens of frames, helping me figure out what frames best compliment my face & features. We spent at least 45 minutes looking/trying on frames & another 15 minutes going back and fourth on lens color. Not for one second did I feel like I was inconveniencing her & was encouraged to take my time and make the best decision for me. I left the store with a beaming smile on my face, satisfied with my experience and purchase. SO WORTH IT!! Vanessa’s genuine attitude and patience not only made me extremely comfortable, but also made my overall experience at Revival enjoyable. Thank you so much Vanessa!! I can not wait to return to purchase my next pair of glasses☺️🫶🏻

I just bought my first pair of sunglasses and I love them! I really like how you are able to customize any frame they had into either sunglasses or prescription glasses. The ability to personalize every aspect, from the frames type, to lens color, is fantastic. The quality is top-notch, and the fit is perfect. The customer service was superb and they were very helpful in finding the right frame style that I was looking for. The wait time after picking the frames and lens colors was fast and only took about 10 minutes. I'lI definitely be purchasing more sunglasses from here.

Takes a little longer, hence the four stars, but we have only had great customer service and great prices here. My husband and I tend to ask a lot of questions and like to consider our options, and they were considerate and accommodating. They helped him find something that worked for his style and vision needs, and helped determine that my old glares would still work. We'll be back.

Was able to use my vision insurance here and saved $. Another benefit is I received my glasses in one week exactly, ahead of schedule. I got a discount for 2nd pair same day purchase. Jennifer was extremely helpful and with so much patience.

Horrible experience. I bought glasses here and went to pick them up and they entered the wrong prescription entirely. They reordered the glasses, I called to make sure they were in store for pick up and they informed me they had arrived. Again, drove there to pick them up and they weren't ready after all. This is the last time I'll be buying glasses here. Get it together, Costco!
