Doctors are more worried about Max billing than actually helping the patients. Been bringing two of my kids here that have glaucoma for about 10 years only to find out that the doctor isn't running the proper test on her. So we then switch to a 2nd. doctor and she ran over ten test but after 2 months still doesn't have the results. She then depends for more testing to be ran without the first results. I am truly done with the place. Long wait times to only see the doctor for 3 minutes. Currently looking for a more organized place with more educated doctors.

Place is amazing the staff super friendly. The Dr. Was so thorough and willing to explain everything, such a positive experience. ✨️ The equipment they used was so advance . My good friend recommended this place to me and I'm glad he did.

My visit with Dr. Adam Cherry was very good he explained everything about my husbands eye he was very caring and patient professional.

The staff was wonderful, the service was fine. However, I arrived at 1:52pm with both my kids for a 2pm appointment. I finished the new patient paperwork by 2:04pm. I didn’t get pulled into the patient testing room UNTIL 3PM. The actual appt was only 20 min, but making me wait that long was extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate. Never going back to this place, I’ll find a new eye doctor.

Dr. Smith was friendly and informative .The staff was helpful and polite. I will be be going there again when it's time to get my eyes checked

I've been to Dr. Patel a few times when I was with Kaiser. I don't think I've ever had a better person checking out my eyes. Fantastic doctor.

I had the worst experience. The doctor there seems racist. Even with children he was very mean and short patience. I had to keep talking to them because of how he was treating them. I called and asked was it ok to still come even tho I was late. They said yes and still couldn’t/ wouldn’t see everyone. I understand but they should have said that. I don’t like the doctors bedside manner. It was horrible…. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL! I can say the lady who helped us with the glasses was very nice and understanding. She is the only reason why I got their prescription filled thru them! Hope this helps.

I highly recommend Dr.McIntosh, he and his staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.

This is the best Visionworks shop we’ve been too. Selection is great, staff is both knowledgeable and very professional at their craft. We come back to this store every year for our optical needs. Great manager!

I had cataract surgery on both eyes, one week between the two. Dr. Oberman was fantastic and followed up with me right after surgery (he called me himself). Also, I was made very comfortable at the surgical center he uses. I felt safe with how they handled the surgery during Covid, as they took every precaution to make sure it was a safe environment. Follow-up visits were the same, Dr. Oberman was very thorough and any other work necessary on my eyes, I will go back to him. I am very happy with the results and Dr. Oberman.

This review is LONG overdue. I’ve been coming to Acuity Eye Group for some time now and I wouldn’t go elsewhere if they paid me. I’ve always been treated great, promptly and everyone I’ve encountered has been amazing. That says a lot for someone that is EXTREMELY picky with my doctors/eye care and purchases of prescription glasses. I tend to overthink my decisions but I can always count on the staff especially Christian (i believe that’s his name). He has so much patience and understanding and always sets me up with an amazing pair or two! Definitely recommend this facility for your optical needs.
