Dr. Phan is my favorite optometrist of all the ones I have met since I was in grade school, so that is among many over the last 20+ years. I’ve never met anyone so friendly, professional and caring. I don’t feel like just another patient because it’s so personalized. Very grateful that I have come across Dr. Phan and her team!

My wife and I have been coming here for several years. The Drs and staff are so helpful and really care about our eye health. Dr Phan spends as much time as needed to explain the condition of our eyes and makes sure that we are getting the care we need. We love this place.

Dr. Phan is super nice and caring. She’s taken really good care of my eyes by prescribing eye drops, giving me tips, and noting my progress. The rest of the staff is also really nice, overall great experience.

I'm here from out of town and broke one of the nose pads off my glasses. I brought them here and the 2 ladies at the desk were very kind. $6 to replace it. Grateful!

Sloppy service, they try to get you out of there as fast as possible no matter what. They tested me for color blindness and didn't put in my prescription that I was color blind. They didn't even mention that I was color blind. I found out through my opthomologist. They got me this time but I will not come back.

My wife and I are very happy we found this optometry about 3 years ago. Everyone has been very helpful and nice and we love the glasses selections. 5 stars for sure.

They helped my replace the lenses on my prescription sunglasses without any problems!! I went to LensCrafters and they were going to over change me but clear vision helped me out! Super affordable

I'm been coming here for years. Great place to get your class and your children. The only bad thing is there appointment are quite a wait. Other then that it's good

The dr is very great, art is good, however the wait time to receive your glasses or contacts is always longer then what they tell you . It’s been 4 months now and I still haven’t received my prescriptions . First they said it was my insurance and then they said it was due to a strong prescription and they’re always on back order. If your looking to have something done within 4-6 weeks due to your vision I would not recommend coming here because you also do not get anything to see in the meantime .

I have been going here for yrs and I mean yrs not just a couple or a few but for many yrs and never had a problem with them at all. They r very thorough with ur exam and making sure that your going to be able to see. I remember one time my glasses had gotten stolen so I was actually afraid to call and ask for a replacement because I was worried about having to pay because during that time I didn't have much money but I sucked it and called and thank God I did because when I called I explained how I had been without my glasses because they were stolen and they told me not to even worry about it and they replaced my glasses for free and I had them within the week. Then after a few yrs I went it for my annual exam just make sure things were on the up and up and good thing I did because my eyes had gotten just a little worse and I needed a new prescription. I picked my frames and they told me about 4 wks well they had called me sooner to tell me my glasses were ready well I had forgotten what time they closed I had thought they closed an hour after the time they actually close so when I got there they had already been closed awhile hour but u could still see that there was staff still inside but I just walked back to my car car and my boyfriend had asked me what happen I said they r closed he ask me is there ppl inside I told him just the employees so he said did u knock but I hadn't because I just figured they were closed so he then got out of the car and walked around to the employee entrance and knocked on the door they answered the door and he explained to them the situation they said no problem asked him my name and they went and got my glasses had me sign for them and I couldn't beli ve how they went above and beyond what they needed to do for me most places would have said to come back during business hours but not them they did more then they had to. My very last visit with them was recent the wait time was extremely fast I didn't even finish filling out the paper work. When the Dr came in to see me he had scolded me on how long I waited to go in it had been over 3 yrs since I had been in and of course I needed a stronger prescription I picked my frames and everyone was extremely helpful my appt was at 10am I got out of there by 10:45am so I barley waited for anyone and I had gotten the best customer service that I always get everytime I go in. I just received the call that my glasses were ready to be picked up so I will go in tomorrow to get them and it hasn't even been 4 wks. I am very satisfied with this optometrist and they're staff and I will continue going to them and I highly recommend them to everyone all the bad reviews they get I feel are just ppl who r having a bad day or maybe the employees who had a bad day which they r allowed to show considering they get a lot of ppl jumping down there backs a lot and these ppl that r writing the bad reviews r probably those kind where they get food service and say nothing about it but the one time they get bad service and they want to let the world know about so they write a review but they never write reviews about all the good service they had gotten from them before because the good always goes unrecognized which I think is b.s. so to the inland empire optometry keep up the good work and don't let these bad reviews stop u from doing a great job and having exceptional service I appreciate all ur hard work and integrity u have shown me and have done for me in the past and in the continued future I will have with u guys thank u for everything.
