Dr Oveeturf was not my regular ophthalmologist, but was on call when I was experiencing a retinal issue on a Saturday. So incredibly impressed how she listened to my overall concerns, provided guidance & recommendations on other eye issues (cataract, dry eye), referred me to retinal specialist, and called to follow up. 100/10

Do not go here. The billing department is not helpful. Copay was paid by my mother the day before and confirmed as paid by the front desk. Then received a bill that the copay was not paid. Never received a receipt but showed proof of payment through credit card statement. They did not accept that and then threaten to turn into collections. Sounds like they messed up and applied my payment to someone else’s account. Either that or they are fraudulently charging patients. Sounds like an accounting issue that I hope an auditor finds.

Dr. Taylor Blahd is an excellent optometrist. I would highly recommend him!! His thoughtfulness, professionalism, attention to detail, kindness and empathy are crème de la crème.

Never had an issue here! Dr. Shuba found two cataracts one last year and one 6 years ago, just recently had to get my reading glasses repaired but they cannot repair them so the nice gentleman that waited on me ordered a replacement pair for me! Highly recommend visionworks at highmark building!

Called me to reschedule twice in the past two weeks the same day that I was suppose to go to them I would not recommend anyone to this clinic. Very unprofessional

I always have a great experience at Focus Family Eyecare. Everyone is friendly and makes the process easy. Dr. Johns is thorough and knowledgeable and very kind. Two of my family members have also visited and they had great experiences too. I highly recommend Dr. Johns and her staff!

Great staff, great doctors. I was seen due to an urgent matter and they got me in right away. No questions asked. For my follow up appointments I had to be squeezed in. Each time Doctor Mack was very pleasant and informative. Introduced himself and acknowledge me and my family member in the room which you don’t get with every doctor. Had to have a procedure and he was also very caring and to the point. I can’t thank him enough for helping me get better. I will definitely refer my loved ones to this clinic.

I made an eye exam appointment to get contact lenses and was pleased with the overall experience. The store is clean and organized, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the doctor assisting me was patient and easy to talk to. I definitely plan to visit again and to purchase more products with Warby Parker in the future!

After reading the reviews for Dr. Vu I decided to travel farther just to have my son’s eyes re-examined. I am so glad I did. Dr. Vu is competent, caring and compassionate. He was thorough, patient and friendly to my teenage boy. I will definitely switch over to Dr. Vu permanently. He is the best optometrist!
