Every patient can feel safe not only while entering the facility but also with interacting with the friendly staff and the expert doctors. For instance, Dr. Harooni is so professional and makes each patient feel confident that he/she is well taken care of by an expert. He is knowledgeable, personable, and compassionate.

Not sure how the doctor is himself, I am here with the wife but it's winter and the waiting room is about 40 degrees, bring a blanket

Dr. Nishio is the best!! He's so friendly, knowledgeable, and treats you like you're his only patient. He takes time and great care with tests and advise. I have been seeing him since 2014

Told me starbursts around lights and graying vision is normal for a 40 yr old. I explained difficulty being able to see oncoming cars driving at night due to the glare of headlights. Side by side Double vision, blurred. Told me to get a $10 pair of shopko glasses then when I asked him to clarify himself he gave a recommendation of an eyeglass strength. The IOP numbers he gave to the nurse verbally to document and she verbally verified back to him did not match the numbers submitted that I received. My tremors were so bad during this appointment all the letters on the board looked like they were shaking. My hands had uncontrollable tremors, my voice was even having tremors while reading the letters off the board and speaking to the Doctor. None of that was noted on his report. He did however note on his report that we discussed smoking cessation and he never even verbally asked me if I smoked.

This place was wonderful. They had great deals, and had great customer service. I am indebted towards the worker named Gina, since her kindness was shown when she exerted more efforts to find me an appointment that got canceled that day when I called in. Her social aptitude and helpful nature should be an example for all workers. I was also relieved that she was not only perfect in Korean, but English as well. The eye doctor was fast, efficient, and helpful as well. I recommend this place to anyone looking for good service, as well as a friendly one at that.

I had the best experience getting an eye exam! The Receptionist was very nice and checked me in even though I was 5 minutes early and then being taken back to the tech room Emma was amazing! She was super nice and made getting the dreadful tests so much more enjoyable, the doctor was very nice and the optician was very helpful when deciding on glasses. Tabitha the assistant manager was outstanding, she helped explain everything to me and it helped me understand where my money was going when it came to purchasing what I needed. They all went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of. I would 1000% recommend going there and seeing all those lovely ladies.

Amazing care by Dr Paciotti. I find that my exams with this provider are so comprehensive. She listens and truly is concerned! I am so thrilled that I have Dr Paciotti as part of my care team!

Incredible place. The eye doctor is thorough and knowledgeable, caught stuff even my previous eye doctors missed. You never feel rushed or unwelcome, and everyone from the man who sizes glasses to the women at the front desk are warm and welcoming.

Don’t go here if you care about your health. As you can see from years and years of bad reviews, This eye clinic is not somewhere you wanna go. Please go through some of these reviews experiences because I never expected to have such an awful experience at a place where I’m supposed Get help. I cannot believe the way I was spoken to by some of the staff here. Nor can I believe the unprofessionalism of the doctors. Truly in shock, these reviews are real.

Absolutely loved dealing with Tyree! He was such a pleasure and patient with me picking out my glasses! I was stuck between two and he helped me get the best deal to go home with both! Hands down the best ! Made it feel like we were just hanging out and not making a transaction truly appreciated it!
