Great place

I had a very pleasant experience at Dr. Gordon's office, from the moment I called to find out if they took my insurance to the moment I saw the doctor. On the day of my appointment, I showed up 15 minutes before - when I arrived the girls in the front office were so nice (not like other offices, as I've had bad experiences myself). They had taken all my information over the phone and only asked me to verify. I only had to signed 3 papers, yes 3! Unlike other offices that give you a ton of paperwork to fill out. I waited for a bit before I saw the doctor, which is understandable as he is a specialist. He was kind, and patient, answered the hundreds of questions I had, and simply gave me a prescription for eyedrops - I asked for a generic as well and he agreed. I feel so much better now. Definitely will be coming back for my semiannual check up.

Leaving the Vision Center now feeling alive!! I knew I've always needed glasses but not how much better I'd feel wearing them. Thomas helped me when I first went in a week ago, and not knowing what to expect, he steered the ship and I trusted him. I'm glad I did. Glasses look great and sunglasses look even better! Service was amazing!

Dr. Walsman gained my trust during my first visit. He took the time needed to explain my condition(s) and my options. He really listened to my concerns, never blowing off what others have considered minor issues. Turns out I wasn't crazy. The Millburn office was busy but pleasantly staffed. Well worth the wait.

Great service; store manager Eva is outstanding; very helpful team and I love my glasses. They even helped fix glasses I had purchased elsewhere. I’m pleased to pay better prices than at boutique optical stores while still getting great service.

There really are no words to express my gratitude to Dr Spencer. My daughter had an eye issue which I was told required immediate in person assessment - of course this happens on a Friday afternoon. Her pediatrician couldn’t fit her in or help via the portal, and 3 other offices I contacted in desperation said they wished they could help but the drs were out of town or full etc. Dr Spencer’s office was closed as he had been in surgery all day, but I was told if I could drive my daughter to his office from Jupiter he would meet me there after his full hospital day. As a new patient - a same day appointment is almost unheard of but with a closed office on a Friday afternoon?! He completed a FULL and very thorough assessment for my daughter and was so kind to us both. He answered my questions and I had an email from my preferred pharmacy that my daughters script was ready for pickup before I had left the parking lot! Couldn’t have asked for better service and I would highly recommend this physician without pause. I’d give 10 stars if I could.

Doctor Atul is not that bad of a doctor but the wait sucks. This happenes every time you can’t get appointments with him unless it is 3 months out and when you come in early for your appointment you still end up waiting almost an hour in the waiting room only to be called in out into a room and have to wait another hour there. I don’t get what takes them so long it’s not like they are understaffed and it’s not like I went in on a busy day either. Honestly if I could zero stars I would

Would give 10 stars for customer service if I could. No optometrist on staff now but worth it to get an eye exam elsewhere and come here for the superb customer experience!

Dr. Zia is great. She is always so friendly and accommodating. I go back every year for my regular eye exam and will continue even though I have moved away from the area.

Dr Shilly is the best in the game. I moved an hour away and still kept him as my eye doc. Kind, skilled, trustworthy, and great story teller.

I can not recommend Dr. Mills enough! She is the sweetest doctor! When you are in your appointment you have her complete undivided attention and she makes you feel right at home. She’s very well priced and overall is just a great experience for an eye exam! I go back year after year :)
