This place is terrible. Took over 2 hours from my appointment time to be seen. While waiting in the tiny waiting room I got to hear both receptionist on their personal calls while people calling the office were put on hold. When I saw who I assumed was the Dr (since she didn't introduce herself) it was a very rushed and cold visit. My question were answered with grunts and glares more than anything. It took less than 5 mins for the eye exam. So I'm really confused why it took so long to be seen. Then another 15 mins of waiting for a contact fitting. If you're a first time contact user or are bringing your child for their first contact fitting PLEASE TAKE THEM ANYWHERE BUT HERE. There's not even a sink for you to wash your hands before putting in your contacts.

It was a great experience. Everyone we dealt with was professional, knowledgeable and, and efficient. So helpful. We really appreciated the doctors expertise. He was friendly and made the exam easy. He explained everything as we went along. I will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Every visit all the staff are very welcoming. Love to take my daughter here to get her eyes checked. Not rushed they took their time with my daughter especially the ond who helped with glasses

I never post bad reviews but I had a terrible experience here with Dr. Josh Hanen. He completely screwed up my prescription so I had to come back in for a second appointment to get it fixed and I was charged to get his error fixed. I tried to get the charges reduced or removed and was only met with arrogance and frustration. I do not recommend this doctor or clinic, go elsewhere.

I had worn glasses for 30+years when I visited Dr. Moyer. In the first few minutes of my eye exam he discovered a remedy for an eye problem I had been experiencing all those 30 years. Now the reoccurring headache is gone! I have seen several eye doctors through the years, but this has been the best eye care I have ever received!

There's always a bit of a wait, even with an appointment. But you're im great hands, everyone is so helpful and kind. My son is making real progress thanks to the team.
