As I evaluate the pre op, surgery and post op care the evening after hernia repair...I am in awe and extremely grateful for the professional, friendly, and high level of patient centered care I received. I'm looking forward to a full recovery, but only at day 1. Still, very grateful for all the care I received.

I have been going to this place a few years, the exams are fine, the girls working the machine do all the work and then the doc just verifies, it seems. but whatever its fine. But my problem came when I wanted my glasses prescription which are good for 2 years, given my age and health. Please tell me why it took 16 phone calls and 2 emails to get them to send me a copy of my Rx.

The friendly and caring service I received was well beyond expectations. I got progressive glasses for the first time and it changed my life. I then got progressive sunglasses here and they both fit and feel like a dream. I get compliments on my glasses all the time. The Optical at 50th and France has the best selection of trendy quality glasses. I couldn’t be happier and will definitely be coming back.

We received outstanding service from everyone in this office today. Dr Banh is knowledgeable, thorough, patient, kind, and answered all the questions. Also this office has a solid variety of frames, so we easily found the ones we liked!

The Eye Institute give you professional and quality service. They show strong good concerns about your eyes and any eye problem that a person may have. They immediately take care of any problems they see with your eyes to solve the problem. I have been going to the Eye Institute for about 10 years and had no problem with their service, I like the Eye Institute, and thank you Eye Institute.

Our experience was good. It would have been great if the appointment time was kept. We had to wait 30 minutes after our appointment time. The Doctor was very good and answered all of our questions. The technicians were wonderful.

Seriously the BEST experience I’ve ever had getting glasses and contacts. The staff is always super friendly and helpful when I visit. Leann is awesome and I highly recommend them to all my friends and family!

Dr Shim was great! Great with kids. The PIB location was quite big and all the staff were great. Had to wait a bit due to some miscommunication but all in all, nice atmosphere, with friendly staff. Happy to have changed my pediatric eye doctor.

The experience with Scott Sadowski was great. He was patient with my Mother. He also reinforced the importance of buying new eyeglass frames and prescription to my Mother.

So happy we changed our eye doctor to here the service is amazing they go above and beyond. My prescription was off from going to another place and they fixed it here showed me what it would look like and really took their time to show me glasses that were in my budget.
