Ive been going into Laurel Optometry for over 20 years. The Doctor is really good. He very slowly listens to everything you say. The woman as the desk has worked for him for like 10 years or more. I knows what he is doing. If you want a good pair of glasses, this is the place to go.

I recently moved into the area. I researched optometrists that carried Wiley-x glasses. I was very impressed by the office visit. The Doctor and the staff explained the process and listened to my input and questions. All my questioned were answered. I ordered a new pair of glasses after talking over the options. The cost was reasonable. The atmosphere was pleasant and professional.

The woman is incredibly rude and discriminatory towards non privatized health insurance. She walked away when I spoke to her and explained that her bag hot was incredibly unprofessional and inappropriate. She treated my 79yr old mother like trash! My mother has a broken hip and just needed to be able to sit down. DO NOT GIVE THIS WOMAN BUSINESS!!!!

The one star is for the person doing the eye exam. Absolutely rude, and does not communicate properly! She will talk to you like you are inferior than her. I feel like I paid to get bullied. Secretary was the only nice person I encountered.

Avoid like the plague! I was ready to buy and, with my prescription, I would have spent A LOT of money! I asked the horrible lady if she could have given me an estimate since I didn't know my insurance benefit and she said she couldn't do it unless I was buying. I said I was. I only wanted to know my total and what kind of frame I could choose from and, eventually decide if getting a second pair or not. She was so rude, not helpful, unprofessional and annoyed by my request that I just left. Ended up at Walmart, got great customer service and professional assistance and bought two pair of glasses.
