Friendly service, great prices, and a great variety in glasses frames! I love getting my glasses here and learned a lot about the different glasses products they offer!

I was extremely pleased with my experience with Dr. Marvin Nakamoto. He explained how contacts work in a way that was really easy for me to understand. His staff was also very patient with me. I was taking a long time to learn to put contacts in, and the technician (I'm not quite sure of her title) was extremely patient with me. When it was clear I was having more difficulty than the average patient, and it was past 5pm, Marvin sat down to help me. After watching me put them in incorrectly, he explained what I was doing wrong, why it had to be done a certain way, and a two tips on how to do it properly. Just like that, I got it the very next try. He has an incredible knack for explaining things. Despite taking so long, the both he and the technician reassured me that I was doing fine.

I had requested prescription sunglasses. Dr. Wing is very cordial and outgoing. Rita, who is in the front office, is great. She is very helpful in selecting the right frames for your face.

I have gone to Dr. Kim for about 10 years and always had a good experience. This time another lady came in said she had an appointment at the same time I did and she didn't. I'm the one with the 4:15 appointment but yet I felt that I was rushed through my appointment with the doctor. Usually I'm back there for quite a while and he does a thorough exam. This was like Five minutes in one room five minutes another room and then out the door. It was very different. I thought they wanted to make sure they got this other lady in, even though she did not have an appointment ... I had the appointment and I have no idea if I got the right prescription. I'm hoping I do because I really like them . I just have never felt rushed before. I've always been there for probably a good hour. And he said he didn't want to dilate my eyes because then I wouldn't be able to drive home, but I've always had my eyes dilated and driven home. So I just didn't get it .. I felt like somebody else came in with no appointment said she had an appointment and I got rushed out of there :(. His wife is very nice and got my glasses situated and ordered and I paid and I'll just be looking forward to getting my glasses and I don't know that's the only bad experience I've had there. Every other time I've been there it's been fabulous. !!! as long as my glasses are fine and the prescription is fine then I'll be OK but that was the weirdest appointment I've ever had .

Thank you, I has been a few years since I had Dr. Kim, look at my eyes for my prescription lens and he does a good job.He is very nice, funny, well mannered, and the staff are very nice too, I am very happy with service that they perform.

Called to make an appointment week in advance. Explained my specific eye condition and insurance info. I was assured everything was fine. Long story short. The doctor was unable or unwilling to do a contact fitting. "He said do you know how complicated contact fitting is." The doctor was extremely rude and unprofessional. Waste of my time. Oh yeah there was a random kid running around. In my opinion its best its best to go with a reputable doctor and office. Horrible service.

Dr. Chun has a wonderful approach to patients- professional, kind, and smart as a whip. I have come in a couple of times with what felt like a crisis and Dr. Chun has calmly approached my exam with a measured approach, giving great advice and offering tangible solutions. He is also very patient when doing the refraction test, making sure to take the time to get the best reading for what feels/looks best for your eyes. It is a gift when you feel better just from seeing your doctor, and that’s how I always feel after my eye exams. Dr. Chun is focused, extremely bright, and has great advice- and he consistently has good approaches to drilling down the essential issues with my vision. I highly recommend!
