I want to start out by saying I am impressed by the doctors who are knowledgeable and caring, but I am afraid my compliments stop here. I have never seen so many negative reviews of a medical facility! By far my biggest complaint is with the scheduling department. I was scheduled for cataract surgery on 9/28/23, but it was canceled the morning of surgery due to understaffing. I understand this, so it didn’t bother too much thinking I’d be rescheduled ASAP. The person at the eye center said the rescheduling department would contact me after eight o’clock. When I didn’t hear from them, I called at around eleven o’clock and left a message. Since I received no response, I called again at two o’clock, left message, no response! I called again at around 4:30 and someone answered! Miracle! As you can imagine, I was extremely agitated! I had to ask for her name. She said she did not know with whom I left a message; however, I did. She said the three schedulers were working on rescheduling and she had no answer. Two sentences later she came up with a date of 1/4/24. Now, she contradicted herself from saying they are working on it to here’s a date over three months away! I have never been so poorly treated by anyone, let alone in a medical facility. Also. I left a message with the director of scheduling and I have not heard from her in three days!

I will never return here again due to the terrible service I received in the morning of August 11. I called for information and to set an appointment as a long time customer. The person that answered me had a pessimistic attitude and they had left me on the line 4 times. If they can not give decent service when trying to make a simple appointment then they should look for another line of work. I just hope they give other clients a better experience than mine.

Front desk/reception is super rude. I’ve called a total of 8 times to make an appt. Two times left on hold and disconnected after several minutes, called back several times and no one answered. Just called back and when the girl tried to put me on hold I told her my previous difficulties connecting and asked if that’s normal and all she rudely said was “you’re not the only patient” and it went on from there until I had to hang up do to her condescending tone.

The team there are so courteous and kind. Willing to go above and beyond! I paid for my glasses and same day I got them! They took the time to explain my insurance and what my benefits were! Amazing experience!

The eye Doctor was great. He took his time and ask many questions to make sure he was getting my prescription correct. I was extremely impressed. The staff that help me pick out my glasses was also GREAT!!!

The dr was awesome but the receptionist outside were not helpful and not explaining anything on the charges , and responding questions with an attitude they need to be more friendly and better costumer service training.

Highly recommended! I was a patient of Dr Estrada over on Pajaro St for many years. Great place for the most part, but the receptionists there were always rude to everyone for some reason. Not here. Everyone here is awesome. Friendly and knowledgeable. Kudos to Dr Flickner and ALL of his staff for running an exceptional operation.

Only my second year here and it’s great, very attentive to my needs. Mayra in optical is wonderful so welcoming, provides a good selection of frames and designers that I love. Thank you!

First time patient so I wasn’t sure what to expect. Mayra helped me and shes great! She was so friendly and extremely helpful when it came to making my decision on what frames to choose. 5 star service overall highly recommended

I went to this place last year and had a good experience. I drive 35 minutes out of my way to go there My appointment was at 4pm. At 4:46 the doctor called in a guy who had walked in like 10 minutes earlier. At this point it was pretty obvious i wasn't getting seen anytime soon. When I told the lady i just want to cancel, they didn't seem to care all that much, just asked if i wanted to reschedule. I told her no that I would be going elsewhere. Then ironically they send an cancelation email saying thanks in advance for letting us know you don't have the time. Seriously, it should apologize that you had an appointment but we didn't have the time to see you. Their reply shows exactly how little they care about their customers. I contacted the business also, they never replied to me. I guess they care how they look, not their actual customers.

The young people were great. The Doctor was sullen if not rude. Didn't want to take time to be sure the vision was correct. In short, the glasses are not correct. I'll just call it a loss.
