Dr. Ryu is so patient and knowledgeable. His staff is really friendly and he explains everything. I brought both of my boys to them and he was great with them as well. Several times he has gotten the extra mile for us!

From check in to visit with the doctor was a truly pleasant experience. Took time to answer all my questions thoroughly and doctor went over all test results and eye X-rays on detail. Felt I was treated as I hoped to be! Highly recommend.

Always a welcoming environment. Stephanie and Kim are very personable and gracious. Doctor Johnston is clear in his analysis. An area to grow would be some sort of shade, blinds or sheets. Many patients suffer from Glaucoma, and the EXTREME BRIGHT NATURAL LIGHT makes navigating the office difficult.

Dr. Jacob and the staff at C.L.R. Vision were great. They were very friendly and helpful in answering questions and helping me understand options and insurance coverages. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an optometrist in the Provo area.

Doctor Pfahler is kind, great with explanations and professional. He is a top notch doctor and the only one in this office. While there’s a wait to be seen at times, he is one man and listening to some of these other patients and how impatient they are with staff for no reason, how they expect other patients to be dropped for them and their poor time management… know this office staff is professional and thorough and deserve to be treated with respect.

The store itself is great, but the optical dept. Needs work. I purchased new glasses ,after 2 weeks my lenses developed a crack. I went last week and a nice gentleman reordered my glasses . I got a email that they were ready , optical dept opens at 10 am . At 10:05 a lady finally walks into store and tells me she will be right out, at 10:15 she comes out and can't find keys to the drawers and went to find a manager. 10 minutes later and no word I left , will return this afternoon maybe she will be set up by then and be ready for customers. Finally got my replacement glasses and low and behold another crack right in the middle of the bifocal. Another pair was ordered. I will ask for full refund if a 3rd pair has a crack, I'm questioning the quality of the lenses at this point.

Dr. Yap is the most kind human in Belmont. She remembers me every time I come in. She is also the absolute best optometrist I have ever had. I've seen people randomly for about 20 years. She is so professional and obviously excellent in her craft.

My family has been going to Dr. Bellucci for years, he is great. He is very thorough and he takes the time to explain everything to you.

I find Dr. Weis to be a particulary responsive eye care professional. He's thorough and thoughtful and asks questions to make sure he understands my concern, and then gives a thoughtful answer. It's a pleasure to work with him and his team.
