I found from the receptionist to the technicians to the Dr of opthamaloghy to be very nice, welcoming and knowledgeable. I felt instantly comfortable andI was given clear diagnosis and plans moving forward. I would highly recommend Schermer Eye Associates for high quality, state of the art eye care. They are very nice, professional and know their stuff!!

I have been here for multiple vision and eye care exams. The doctors have all had a good bedside manner and appeared competent and professional. One thing I didn’t like is that I have been there four times and each time I saw a different doctor. But they were all good. As for the sales side, I looked at frames today and received good service. When I said I wanted to think about it, I did not feel any pressure.

Several issues with my visit: 1. Didn’t know and wasn’t told I’d have to pay $200 out of pocket for a fitting for contacts. My insurance was verified but there was no mention of this additional cost 2. Why did I need a fitting? I didn’t want to be sold anything I didn’t need but was just pushed into it like it was needed when I didn’t need it 3. Current contacts are good so why did they push something else on me? 4. Pushed another contact on me that isn’t as comfortable 5. Didn’t give me what I my eye exam said due to being out of tester contact strength for one eye. Sounds to me like he altered my perscription based on availability of what they had in stock 6. Said would give me a refresher on putting on contacts and forgot to I came only for the eye exam and not to be sold something I didn’t necessarily need. I ask for a refund and was denied. This place was not straitforward and the service was shoddy. Be advised.

The support staff were ok (thus the 2 stars), however, the Optician left a lot to be desired. I'll cut to the chase. I used my medical insurance to pay for the exam, if you want to call it that, that was provided here. I came home and made an appointment to have my eyes re-examined, paying for it out of pocket. That is the absence of confidence I left there with. He was curt, disinterested, abrupt, and not at all thorough. I had not had my eyes examined in 3 years d/t medical issues. He didn't dilate my eyes, didn't offer to dilate my eyes, just dismissed me out of hand. He commented my eyes were very dry and said he would give me a prescription for eye drops, he never did. It was my first, and last time going to this business. I suggest you go elsewhere if you're looking for an optician.

Site for Sore Eyes is my go-to for eye care! Brianna was so wonderful and helpful. She helped me find the perfect frames, and was so kind and easy to talk to. I love how friendly and professional everyone was. Dr. Salazar was also lovely. My eye exam was quick and easy. A+ service!

Today for the first time I visited Site for Sore Eyes and let me just say I had the best experience possible. They were the only office that could get me in as soon as possible and completed the examination, contacts fitting, and I had the ability to choose/order glasses/contacts all in ONE visit (other places were booked out and required TWO different visits). All of the ladies were very welcoming, helpful, and provided exceptional customer service. I love this place! I left feeling happy and excited about my new glasses, contacts, and the customer service received.

Great office. Clearly explained my insurance benefits. Close to no wait time. The doctor and staff were all wonderful, and they had a great selection of frames.

Dr. Patel was incredibly professional, helpful, and reliant. She is extremely knowledgeable, and I felt safe in her hands. I would recommend her to everyone.

Eyes on J was very thorough and did not settle until I was completely happy with my glasses. Even months later their patience never changed with me. Becky went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and comfortable in my glasses. I can’t thank her and Eyes on J enough. I am a very happy customer. 8-)
