Exton office has very helpful staff and professional. Highly recommend Dr Ward as he is knowledgeable and thorough with ordering tests to be done. Will go over and explain what is going on. Takes time with his patients and is Calming and not coming across of being in a rush.

Doctor gave me 3 different prescriptions. Guess she couldn’t figure out which one I have. Pretty disappointing experience. I had to pay out of pocket at a different doctor for a new prescription.

Dr. Danforth and the team are efficient and effective. It's a great experience. I highly recommend this place from the friendly and helpful staff to the knowledgeable doctor. Good atmosphere.

I enjoyed my visit very much here! Everyone was very casual, profession, and friendly. I would hope most places do this but this was a much better experience compared to my previous optometrist. Dr. Kim was nice, knowledgeable, and genuinely seemed interested in providing me the best options during my visit. Tom H. was also very helpful with providing various payment options and glasses selections to best accommodate my finances. Will definitely be going here for my eye checkups.

The staff at this place is Amazing! I have been a patient for over 10years and am always amazed at how wonderful everyone is. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

All the girls and guys that work there are so nice. Dr Platt has went above and beyond to save my eyes he is a very good Doctor who cares.

The Doctors and staff are professional, friendly, warm and kind. We have been going to Riverside Optical for about 15 years. This past year, we have moved quite a distance away from the office but we find it worth the extra travel time to keep our Eye Care with Riverside. We have no intention on changing. We're thankful to the Doctors and Staff.

Based off the reviews I was extremely hesitant to make an appointment here. All of the complaints I saw I didn’t experience any of that. the employees were extremely nice. I mean one employee (she saw me before i saw the doctor) I’m not gonna lie she wasn’t the friendliest. Kind of cold attitude. But her attitude wasn’t so terrible that it offended me or made for an horrible visit . The Doctor was great. Probably one of the friendliest doctors I have ever encountered. Also I didn't have to wait long to be seen and the appointment was quick but very thorough. Since my insurance doesn't cover any exams or glasses, it was extremely affordable (the exam). I’ll definitely go Back.

I recently visited Dr. Au and had an eye-opening experience (pun intended!). The office was clean, modern, and had a fun, upbeat vibe.The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel comfortable right away. The eye exam was a breeze, and the doctor was so knowledgeable and informative - I learned things about my eyes I never even knew. I walked out feeling like a brand new person, with clearer vision and a brighter outlook on life. Thanks to the wonderful team here, I can see the world in a whole new way. I highly recommend this place to anyone in need of an eye exam, some stylish glasses, or just a good laugh!
