Eyes on J was very thorough and did not settle until I was completely happy with my glasses. Even months later their patience never changed with me. Becky went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and comfortable in my glasses. I can’t thank her and Eyes on J enough. I am a very happy customer. 8-)

Dr. Swanson is a good doctor, her office is disorganized and not well run. The staff is nice but they do not keep up with contacting patients about when they need to come in for yearly exams. It can be problematic then to get an appointment, in a timely manner. The web page allows a patient to send an email, but emails are not returned, and appointments cannot be made online.
I have been waiting for my glasses to be finished for 6 weeks and still have not received a text or call. When I called them today, I talked to a very kind woman. At first she stated they were not done then said wait a minute. I sat on hold for quite a while then she came back and said they were ready for pick up. I asked her why I did not receive a call and she said their system had sent a text then a follow up call. I told her I never received one. Apparently, they do not do follow up calls to find out why their clients don't come in for their glasses. My guess is this automated system works at the same level as their email system. Poor quality service if they want to keep clients.
Nice people though, if you do not mind poor quality service.

Really personable and friendly, everyone from front desk to Dr. Swanson, my optometrist, was a delight to speak with and they made me feel very comfortable as a new patient who was looking to try on contacts for the first time. Really can’t recommend them enough. Plenty of parking options all around and the area, while busy, felt safe. Will be a client for life now.

Griffin and Reed has such a wonderful staff! Dr. Richardson took his time to get a perfect prescription for me! The optical department was amazing! Donna in optical went over my prescription and asked me when I typically need my glasses and determined just the right type of lens for me! I got a computer lens, which I highly recommend for anyone that is on the computer most of the day.

Just had my PRK surgery last month with Dr. Kim and all I can say is I wish I did it sooner. It can be scary at first but was definitely worth it. Every step is discussed at the consultation, and pre op appt so there's no surprises. Everything went smoothly for me, I went in with about a -5 on my left eye and a -6 in my right with a 3.5 astigmatism. With my one month follow up being tomorrow I can already say I see as good if not better than I did wearing contacts or glasses.

I recently brought 4 pairs of older sunglasses into their optical shop with the idea of updating them with my new prescription. Both Donna and Ingar went above and beyond my expectations. Their extensive knowledge and experience was evident as they proceeded to measure the different sizes and shapes of the lenses ensuring proper fitting. I highly recommend their services.

Unprofessional staff. Dr. Don't care about patients. Horrible time management. Unable to schedule. Unable to call ther working phone numbers. Spend over 3 hours to get seeing. Will NEVER come back. Do not recommend. 0 stars!!!

Really struggling with this place. I really liked Dr. Tina Zeng as I felt like she was truly trying to figure out what's going on with my eyes but since then, all correspondence and appointments have been horribly managed. I've been cancelled on last minute, and now they forgot to send in the request for MRI to the insurance and, after waiting for a month for the MRI, they are trying to cancel it. This morning I have been on the phone with the MRI place, the opthamology place, and the insurance trying to accomplish what they should have accomplished a month ago so I don't lose my appointment.

Some good doctors but extremely poorly run office. Good luck getting an appointment. They overrode my doctor’s referral for an ophthalmologist and didn’t tell me I was scheduled with an optometrist instead. I had to wait a month to see the optometrist and then it would be months before getting an ophthalmologist appointment. I said I had vision disturbances after a PVD and was concerned it wasn’t clearing up after months . They don’t care and don’t listen. Very poor patient care. I hope I don’t have a detached retina and lose vision but they wouldn’t give a shoot . For s group that’s part of s hospital they are thoroughly clueless about potential emergencies, Awful, awful place!!

The support staff at this organization is woefully incompetent and completely unconcerned with the patient experience.
Glasses arrived with the incorrect prescription three times over the course of four months! I was lied to repeatedly about the status, and I had to physically go to the location to get any help because the staff does not return phone calls.
They claim they are “understaffed”, but the staff was scrolling on their phones every time I went in. I finally had to request a refund in order to take the prescription elsewhere. They processed the refund in my presence only to cancel it after I left. So, they had the glasses and my money.
I hope someone informs the doctors about how their staff is driving clients away. No one there seems to care. What a nightmare.

Took my roommate to pick up his glasses and t H e glasses are not right so they had to redo them still not right. Expensive to. He has to have his eyes reexamine d. Hope the 3rd time is a charm.
