If you're a veteran forget it. They say tricare friendly but not. Fought with them for over a year to get a simple eye exam covered and they can't even bill it right. The doctor wad great but that's about it. Staffing was sub par and billing even less.

Dr. Ngo is very knowledgable in her specialty. Previously before seeing Dr. Ngo, my eyes were burning, itchy, and always teary and causing the skin under my eyes to be dried from the constant tears. Since seeing her, my eyes have improved, and they feel less dry. I did have to learn how to wear scleral lenses, but it's been a huge improvement in my eyes and vision. She was a game changer to my eye situation. I highly recommend anyone suffering from dry eyes to see her.

I came to Dry Eye Clinic for my first ever facial and I had an amazing experience! My face felt so clean and the service I had by Maria was great. I was welcomed and greeted as soon as I walked in, she answered all my questions since this has been my first experience with a facial. Maria had amazing hands! She was gentle and my face felt so clean afterwards. I would recommend this clinic and Maria 10/10.

I am sooo thankful for Dr. NGO to be treating me with my styes & chronic blepharitis. I have seen so many regular eye doctors in the past and there is no one as good as Dr. NGO, she had the solution to my eye problems! The whole IPL process, I felt very comfortable thanks to Dr. NGO. She is very knowledgeable, takes her time and is so caring. I felt so much relief with my dry eyes after each IPL session. I highly recommend for anyone with dry eyes & to only visit this office. It is definitely a 5 star service, not only does my dry eyes get treated so does my skin, thank you Maria as well.

It was incredibly hard to access my prescriptions after my exam- nobody that works there knows how to use the online portal. I was told an optometrist needed to call me back to edit my prescription and nobody ever did. Now that I’ve received my glasses in my new prescription it is clear that my prescription was incorrect as well.

Went in because I learned they carry my favorite brand Moscot, Brian ended up helping me out today. Super nice and efficient, helped me narrow down my options because I wanted a few to many. Great service from everyone there, thanks again Brian, I’ll be back soon for some new frames.

I have been coming here for years. My daughter also is a patient. The staff and doctors are amazing. Ths optical staff is always helpful and the selection of frames to choose from is top notch!!

Great experience. Nice calm and quiet environment. I really like that they had an eye mapping machine. It is $35. My doctor Katrina Gallardo-Chang was very nice. Able to navigate my anxiety about appointments easily. They explained everything to me ahead of time.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Sakazaki for over 25 years and can’t say enough good things about him and his staff. They are always incredibly pleasant and very professional. I recommend the Sacramento Optometric Group. You won’t be disappointed with the large selection of eyeglass frames either.

I got the EVO ICL Surgery with Dr. Sierra. It was a great experience and I couldn't be happier. I've had glasses since I was 6, and after almost 20 years, I finally don't have to wear them. The overall experience at Sacramento Eye Consultants was amazing. Dr. Sierra and her team are very supportive throughout the process and are glad to answer any and all questions you have. I would definitely recommend Sacramento Eye Consultants to anyone and everyone.
