I was early for my appointment and was seen a few minutes early. The optometrist was through, used newer technology and really listened. Instead of upselling me to bifocal, he right suggested I wait as long as possible before moving to that option. I had a previous prescription from elsewhere and had never felt it was accurate. He showed me the difference between my prior prescription, no correction, and my new prescription. The difference was staggering. I don't need a ton of correction, but the prior prescription was worse than no prescription at all, and the new prescription an obvious improvement. His practice seamlessly fits into the optometry department at Costco, though it is a separate business.

Edgardo was just amazing. He took his time, explained each detail. Edgardo is an excellent asset to Cohen"s. Thank you for having him there and making my first experience in wearing glasses an extraordinary one. Cant wait to get my new glasses. The price was exactly what I was looking for with all the features that I wanted.

Came in to buy a pair of eyeglasses for my child and the prices were outrageous. The prescription ended up being different than the one from the ophthalmologist. Don't get your prescription here. And spend money elsewhere

They never answer the phone. No hours listed. Not there in the middle of the day on a weekday. Only ever managed to get 1 appointment

Suffering from lower eye lid spasms for over a month now,, I was disappointed that when I called his office I was told that Dr. Bevis deals mostly with cataracts and not eye spasms although it clearly states on your website that he deals with this specific treatment. I also felt the receptionist didn't care because when I reached back out that I didn't need a referral because of my insurance no one reached back out to me. Poor customer service & false advertisement.

Dr. Rye is so easy to talk to and friendly. Valerie that does the exam is super friendly and explains everything she's doing .The girls at the front desk are very helpful. Keep up the great work. Will recommend to family and friends.

I went for my eye exam to Mr. David Folkers at 510 S Murphy Ave, Sunnyvale, CA 94086. He gave me a prescription, offered to make my glasses with that prescription but I refused the offer. I then got my glasses done elsewhere with the prescription that was provided to me by David. The power did not feel right and I wrote to David asking to see me again to find out what was wrong. He refused to meet with, after my repeated asking, just chose to correspond with me via email and completely refusing to meet with me stating that "he already spent enough time with me." I still cannot wear my new glasses. I have filed a complaint with optometry board. Avoid going to this person at all cost. He is extremely unprofessional and actually does not care about anything other than getting the money from insurance.

Amazing and I highly recommend! I have been to many optometrist and by far Dr Sundeep Kaur was the best ever. She very informative, I was shown the images of my eyes and explained everything that was going on. Dr Kaur is the first to ever get my prescription correct. Also the staff was amazing as well. I really liked Dr. Cutler and was impressed how his other patients speak very highly of him. This was my 3rd procedure for detached retina (2 previous were done in Utah) and he was very upfront about upcoming procedure and prognosis. My surgery was painless and successful. In addition, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The staff, along with Dr. Hipp and Dr. Tran, did a great job. They were personable and informative when I had questions ; even to the point of adding some great insight. I will recommend you to others. Keep up the good work. Thanks again G. P.
