All the staff is very friendly, the ophthalmologists are very professional and the good thing is that they use high-tech equipment. I especially thank Dr. Patricia Sierra who performed an excellent surgery on both eyes for Cataract and Endothelial Layer of the Cornea (DMEK), Made me regain my vision again, Excellent Work!!

Kristen is simply a lovely person. She did an excellent job with the injections and was very kind. She has great skill at placement of the filler and is so gentle that I experienced very little discomfort. She was happy to answer my questions and explain everything to me. I am happy to recommend her and will return to this office when I need another service they provide.

The staff are so welcoming and informative. I highly recommend Dr Barnett as your physician for helping make the right decision for your corrective vision surgery. Always a great experience here! The staff is polite and helpful. The doctors are so friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. I’ve come in regularly for glaucoma checks and have never had a bad experience.

Unprofessional and indifferent. Took a few days to get a hold of them on the phone. I got connected and was disconnected while on hold. Called again, and the receptionist talks to other patients and staff while putting me on hold, I try to her what information she needed but then I get completely unheard. Office booked for a few months out so they don’t seem to care about new patients. I will go to another office.

Staff is always friendly with me. i had my glasses for about 3 months and I stepped on them and they quickly and easily swapped them for a new pair at no cost.

Excellent eye care. Plus, they have always been on time and ready for me at my scheduled time. You have plenty of time in front of the doctor to state any concerns or questions you may have. My experience has been, that Dr Palmer has never judged and would take the time necessary to ensure I was comfortable or content with the explanation.

Been using EyeCenter Optometric for several years. The eye exams have been great as well as the optometry department, up untill recently, but I've had an ongoing problem with mistakes made on orders and a lack of communication. Every week I called to check on the order on these glasses and they told me they'll come in next week and I'll get a call. No call. When I go in to ask I'm told that they are having a problems with the lab. Not sure what's going on but it can't be just the lab there has been very poor communication, and it's been a month at least and no follow-up or updates.

This was my first visit to the midtown location, however I've utilized the Folsom office for years. Very pleased with all the staff I've encountered over the years. Excellent eye care.

This place is honestly the best. Everyone that works in there was a joy to be around and Dr.Salazar was literally so great!!! She had such a great sense of humor and made mine and my daughters eye exam so fun. I will for sure be returning to this office! Can’t say one negative thing.
