Been coming here for 10+ yrs. Staff is so friendly Dr's are so personable never feel like they are rushing thru your exam! And they have great selection of eye glasses as well. I highly recommend them!!!

2 stars is the best I can give horrible customer service they don't make you feel welcomed not friendly at all even the doctor himself was RUDE didn't carr to explain the questions I had he was very short didn't even care to give me eye contact I'm only giving two stars because they were FAST with getting my sons glasses I don't plan on coming back. EDIT: I came back the next day and had a total different experience the young lady who helped me was very help attentive actually gave eye contact she deserves a raise

Unless you confirm you're meeting with a doctor IN PERSON, *before* your appt, don't waste your time! It's a VIRTUAL eye exam, more uncomfortable than an in-person exam, especially for those who have light sensitivity! When I scheduled my appt, I wasn't informed that their only in-house doctor was booked out for MONTHS and this would be a virtual visit! That would have been nice to know, clearly. But, the ladies kept telling me the results were still reliable and "everyone loves the virtual exams". When I had my exam, the doctor on the screen was telling me better things about my vision than I've heard from past Optometrists, so that was another red flag. Then, as I was leaving, a patient came in saying "I bought contacts with the new prescription I got yesterday and they don't work". So now, I can't rely on my new prescription enough for me to risk spending $200 on new glasses just to find out the prescription isn't good. So, now, I have to take more time off work and spend more money to go somewhere else before I get new glasses. Great. Thanks.

I had a horrible experience with this provider twice. The first time, they got the prescription all wrong and wouldn't stand behind their work. Their customer service is non-existant and they lack follow through with the promises they make. I paid my bill, received my glasses and then more than 4 months later they billed for for an exam they said I didn't pay for. Do not do business here!

I was astounded, the staff was courteous and accommodating. And this was counting their expertise which was amazing. This was the most thorough eye exam I had ever had. each part was explained and the doctor I feel went above and beyond.

Dr. Tucker is with out question the greatest my wife and I have ever been to! Thank You Doc!!

I have been with Doctor Lockhart for twenty years and would recommend him and his staff to anyone. They are all top notch professionals.

They were fairly busy on a Friday before noon but I was greeted quickly and with a warm and welcoming smile. I needed my glasses adjusted because someone sat on them…..well ok I sat on them. And then she said please give me a few minutes to see what I could do. She quickly returned with my glasses straight and true. My brother asked how much do we owe ya? The answer was no charge. Our whole family has seen Dr Texas L.Smith over the years. So Glad to see still doing business the same.

My family has been going to Dr. Texas for years, we'd never go elsewhere!! He's fantastic along with his friendly, competent staff. They are excellent at finding the perfect frames for your face. I certainly recommend Dr. Tex for all your optical needs.
