Dr. Tien and all the staff were excellent!

Clean place in a safe location. The two young ladies that were at the front were very friendly and knowledgeable. Doctor Mukai is extremely welcoming and gave me the clearest prescription I have had yet. I chose this office because it was not on Hubble Contacts list of doctors. Stay away from Hubble Contacts. Come here if you actually care about your eye health. Thank you!

Dr. Timothy Johnson is an excellent ophthalmologist and a man whom I trust. He also is a man whose heart is in the right place. I am pleased to learn of his plan to assist other less fortunate people abroad through Freedom Ophthalmology Birmingham. It sounds like an extremely worthwhile project.

Everyone at this site was extremely pleasant, helpful and friendly. Dr Liou was so nice and very willing to answer all my questions with knowledgeable enthusiasm. She was engaging and upbeat. I bet she's really good with kids who come in to get their eyes checked. The team at the desk were all very friendly and interactive.

At first couldn't find me on the schedule, but they were very nice and squished me in. Appointment was great! Found a pair of glasses I like and prices were fine! Very kind staff!

Took my 19 month old today and they were absolutely wonderful. I read through some reviews on here about having them dilate your child's eyes. Which results in a 30 to 45 minute wait to take into affect then see the doctor. So I was prepared for a wait and it went very smoothly. Front office staff was so sweet also was the assistant that we saw in exam room. Dr. O'Brien was very thorough, kind and explained everything nicely. So happy we choose this office.

I had a good experience with my appointment at EYE-Q - Fresno. Minimal wait time, used the kiosk to check in, friendly staff. The specialist I saw and the accompanying staff person were professional, good with communicating and listening, and were clear with the recommended next steps. Appreciate them.

Not only is Dr. Ali up-to-date on the latest research on best-practices to treat Dry Eye, she and the staff are warm, friendly, and personable. I saw another physician prior to working with Dry Eye Care Texas who seemed to just be stabbing in the dark with my treatment. Dr. Ali let me know on my first visit exactly what diagnosis' I had (that contribute to my dry eye symptoms) and exactly what we can do to treat each issue. I had no idea there are so many solutions to treat my dry eyes- to help them feel better and prevent worsening (which is inevitable, in most cases, just FYI). So grateful to have found Dry Eye Care Texas and I'll tell anyone with dry eye problems where to go for excellent care.
