We have been patients of Uptown Eyecare for 6 years. The excellent level of service is matched with their friendly and caring personalities. They all are engaged as a team on the patients behalf. Their level of professionalism and follow through supported us both locally and when we were temporally living out of the area. I highly recommend them! Thanks.

Mark ruiz was fantastic, but the lady that checked out lenses was terrible. She was rude when we came in, and we overlooked it because Mark was awesome. Then she was rude to my wife as we browsed for frames. She came in and started barking at my wife not to put anything back because of covid precautions. My wife wasn't putting anything back on the shelf, she was trying on a pair of glasses and looking in the mirror. This lady was totally in the wrong. It remains to be seen if the glasses will latrine in 7-10 business days. Edit: picked up the glasses, the same lady persisted in being rude. Mumbling rude things under her breath, with the most vile tone. Never go here.

Dr Patel was wonderful. She addressed all of my needs thoroughly and compassionately, and made sure I got everything I needed at the best price. I'm thrilled that she's so close to home, and in the local Walmart. It's awesome to find such great care in such a convenient location. I have found an eye care home and couldn't be happier!

Excellent experience, the girls at the reception are super nice, they make you feel like family. the prices are quite good. compare to sams club optics and better prices and specialists here. Dr. Osvaldo is excellent, attentive and super cordial. I have been attending here for more than a year and I am not planning to change.

The doctor is very charismatic and the appointment was very enjoyable, but failed to do a contact lens fitting when the purpose of my visit was to renew my contact lens prescription because I was moving soon. Unfortunately I didn't catch the mistake until six months later when I tried to order new contacts online and called the office to ask why my prescription was expired. They offered no apology or any way to help me with my problem. Now, since I moved to another city, I have to find a new eye doctor and pay for another complete eye exam if I want to get new contacts even though I just had an exam 7 months ago.

Was very reassured by the professionalism and sensitivity given to my granddaughter. The physician provided a very thorough exam followed by a clear diatonic explanation.

Recently moved to the area and came here because of the good reviews. But will now look for another place to go. Came here for glasses, first time just to get a quote and check out the frames. Next time I went to order the glasses. They are open until 6 but the guy who does the glasses leaves at 5:30. So, third time I went there at 4 to catch the guy who leaves at 5:30 but he wasn't there. Bummer. Also, the doctor has particular manners, you can like them or not. Started to ask me what my problem was while I was still talking to the lady at the desk, w/o even introducing himself at all. The lady at the desk had to tell me that he is the doctor. Long story short: have been here 3 times, didn't get anything done.

Every year, my vision progressively worsened. It got to where I struggled to read, even wearing my glasses. I had lense replacement surgery yesterday (both eyes). At my followup appointment today, my vision is 20/25. I can read regular and small print. I am amazed and grateful beyond belief. 10/10 recommend. The staff and doctors are awesome and the technology is state of the art. They really care, and are excited to see the differences they are making in people's lives. Edit 11/17/22 1week post-op vision is 20/20 in each eye and 20/16 all together! I continue to be amazed and grateful!

We came in to get nose pads for my glasses.The costumer service was amazing, and very helpful. GT was extremely polite and friendly, he explained everything to us and helped us get the best pair! If you are looking for a great pair of glasses Optika is the place to go!
