Dr Hade is absolutely the best eye doctor I've ever seen. He saved me on a weekend when I had a torn retina and basically saved my eyesight. He handled my cataract surgery and made it look effortless. His staff are excellent and are very customer focused. I have no problem commuting 57 miles from PA to see him.

Several issues with my visit: 1. Didn’t know and wasn’t told I’d have to pay $200 out of pocket for a fitting for contacts. My insurance was verified but there was no mention of this additional cost 2. Why did I need a fitting? I didn’t want to be sold anything I didn’t need but was just pushed into it like it was needed when I didn’t need it 3. Current contacts are good so why did they push something else on me? 4. Pushed another contact on me that isn’t as comfortable 5. Didn’t give me what I my eye exam said due to being out of tester contact strength for one eye. Sounds to me like he altered my perscription based on availability of what they had in stock 6. Said would give me a refresher on putting on contacts and forgot to I came only for the eye exam and not to be sold something I didn’t necessarily need. I ask for a refund and was denied. This place was not straitforward and the service was shoddy. Be advised.

I have been a patient of Dr. Witmeyer for many years. She is by far the best, most caring and kind optometrist that I ever had!! Not only is she an outstanding doctor, she also takes time to explain in detail her diagnosis and her corrective action requirement without making me feel rushed. My husband is also Dr. Witmeyer's patient and regretfully, due to our moving out-of-state, we will not have the opportunity to continue seeing her. She will be truly missed!!! To find an optometrist of her caliber will be difficult to find!!

This location is so wonderful! Their staff is so friendly and attentive.

I know I always get a very thorough and professional exam with Dr. Krebs! I like how she speaks out loud what she’s checking on test results on the computer. She answers questions I have, her assistant, and even answers herself! It’s beneficial to be part of the conversations!

This is a very nice facility. The employees are courteous and professional. My wait time was about 5 minutes before I was called back for the preliminary testing which took about 10 minutes. I was then taken to the exam room where I waited a few more minutes to see the doctor. Dr Kimble is also very professional and thorough yet easy to talk to. I highly recommend this office.

I walked into this location for the first time on Tuesday 08/30/23, five minutes before they closed. I needed to get my glasses fixed and some maintenance work done on them. 3 females working greeted me and were very polite. I told them what I needed done thinking I would have to pick them up the next day. Female said, shouldn’t be a problem, took them to the back and started to work on them. Came out five minutes later with my glasses fixed, tightened, cleaned and told me there is no charge. What a way to earn a customer…. I’ll definitely be back.

Love Dr. Douglass! Don't be fooled because she's in the Sam's Club. She does a great job and is very convenient. Remember that you don't need to be a Sam's member to see her.
