Staff are insanely helpful! I have a track record for breaking my glasses. They helped me look at every kind of rounded frame with titanium metal in the store as well as in the catalog online. They were super patient and helped me figure it all out easily! They are so worth going to!

The first time I came in i had missed my appointment time by about 20 minutes. That was on me my bad. The second time I came in i had a very short and sort of awkward interaction with the person checking me in. They couldn’t give me a good time as to how long my appointment was gonna be, and it ended up being just about 90 minutes! I had to push an appointment of mine back because when I got there I got there a bit early and they checked me in while I went to the restroom. When I got back they took another patient ahead of me, which created a delay. Had i known this would have caused me to wait an additional 30-40 minutes I would have held it!! What saved my trip from being a 3 star was the doctor. He was sweet, very comforting, and humorous. I felt like he genuinely cared and took time to speak to me about my condition. Sadly I didn’t get to finish checking out glasses this evening, but i do plan to return. Oh and the man who did my eye examinations before the doctor was just a tad cheeky to me. And when I didn’t laugh at a joke (i hadn’t realized it wasn’t a joke), he made a comment about it. Nothing weird or out of ordinary, but he wasn’t as comforting as the doctor was.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The doctor it was friendly and informative. She took the time to make sure I understood what she was saying. Great staff! Love the place

Dr Searby is very knowledgeable and thorough. He shared info that really helped make an informed decision about my eye care The whole team is very friendly and helpful. It’s super easy to get an appointment and the office runs on time.

I was actually in minutes after arriving everyone was curtious and well informed

Dr. Clark and his staff (HoweAve) were exceptional. Fortunately, when I called, Susan scheduled me for the next day. Usually, I have to wait months to get in for any Doctor. I’m so glad I didn’t have to wait this time because I’d have to get another referral.

Brought my grandmother to her appointment which was at 11:30a.m she barely got taken to the back for her exam it is now 1:15. Laura Rogers came in did the eye exam took about 15 minutes then she put some drops in her eyes had her wait another 25 minutes before returning. We are now leaving and it’s 2pm. Although she was professional and knowledgeable I would suggest better time management. Your patients time should also be respected valued. Thank you respectfully

The optometrist was very kind and the environment was very welcoming. They attended me quickly and my eye exam went well.

Very great customer service! My glass broke the same day and if you like me, you need to see! Tamar was absolutely amazing! She was able to get me in a pair of frames and use my old lenses in them until my second pair of new glasses come. She was wonderful with the pair she chose to fit my old lenses. Also, I love they have the option for CareCredit! This really saved me! Thank you again, Tamar!
